IDK if anyone else saw that fight but all i gotta say is DAMN. That was hard to watch, Carwin's face was all different shades of red from blood and swelling... I felt bad that he kept on going. Anyone else who follows mma think JDS will take the heavyweight title from Velasquez?

I was hoping for a Carwin vs Velasquez fight. I fucking hate Velasquez. Carwin is bad ass though, he just didn't deliver tonight. The guy had only had one defeat in his career and that was to Brock, and even then he delivered some impressive blows and certainly could've won.

As for Velasquez vs Dos Santos. I'd probably give a slight edge to Velasquez, but I'm rooting for Dos Santos 100%. Overall though, I don't feel the heavyweight division right now is that exciting.

I met this guy few years ago in a traning center near my house.
He is a very humble and simple guy,not arrogant at all.

Go Cigano!!!

I was seriously impressed by Cigano. Since I like Carwin as well, it was hard to see him reduced to a bloody mess. They both showed hearts of warriors. Cain is also an admirable fighter and appears to be a humble guy.

I don't see Velasquez being able to defeat Dos Santos. Velasquez mopped the floor with Lesnar who has very bad striking by UFC standards. Dos Santos has the best striking(outstanding boxing) in the heavyweight division. Cheik Guillame(Kongo) gave Velasquez problems on his feet. With Dos Santos, these problems will be compounded.

Unless Velasquez can drag it out and take it into the later rounds, I don't see him winning it. Even then there's nothing to suggest Cigano's cardio would fail at later rounds. One thing's for sure. It's gonna be one heck of a fight and one that mma fans the world over will be looking forward to! My hat's off to these great fighters.

Carwin lacks cardio, thats why he lest against Brock .....

JDS v Velasquez - i give Cain the slight edge, you guys forget Cain is a brillant wrestler and if he gets it to the floor he will win, JDS has a weakpoint and thats fighting off his back.

The HW division has dipped in the last year due to Cain's injury and now Brock's injury.

GSP vs Silva - will this ever happen ??

Too many people are underrating Carwin for his performance, Dos Santos is going to cut off the cage with his boxing on Velasquez and unless Cain has some strange chin with a gluttony for punishment takedowns are gonna be few and far between.

JDS should be the favorite in the betting lines

Somebody get it in writing, quick!

@ Lusty

I disagree, more often than not in MMA you gotta favour the wrestler over the boxer, Cain has been sensational since entering the UFC - he is the Champ - and will start as favourite.

Should be an amazing fight though .....

I like Junior, but the last TUF series was piss poor, and was won by a serious ASSHOLE.
