Thank you for posting this. I am in month four and I have dropped 15 pounds of fat in my mid 30s. My waist is 4-5 inches smaller, my muscles are leaner, and my back arms and legs have all increased in size. Everyone says that I look great. Thank you so much. I hit a wall and this helped me go over the wall. I wish I would have known all this in my early 20s...
