i live in a predominantly chavvy area so I wanted to try out game. keep in my mind I have no game also how do I pick up these chavs since they different...

Not 100% sure you're serious, because you probably don't have the game to break in to social circles without any knowledge of their culture, and you probably don't have the requirements and/or status to swoop a girl off the street and fuck her. The type of girls you're mentioning don't want pen-pals or orbiters either. There's your answer.

I don't know much about chav culture, but surely there must be some prime (enough) pickings in there somewhere. I think as far back as history goes men of means have been have been having fun with low class, trashy women in their younger years.
Where I grew up they were a rite of manhood.

How to pick up female chavs
Chav is a pejorative term, used to describe someone from a low social class. Chavs favour the wearing of sportswear(tracksuits, trainers and baseball caps) and cheap flashy jewellery, particularly hoop earrings and gold necklaces. They are usually unemployed.
Places to pick up female chavs:
Housing estates, shopping centres, drum and bass events, parks/playgrounds at night time.
They will usually be in groups of 2-3, sometimes more. If they are in large groups, or with males, then best of luck, your game will have to be very good and/or you'll have to have something unique or special to offer, to not get rejected.
The best places to approach them are shopping centres(malls) or drum and bass events(raves). You will employ daygame and nightgame respectively, and the usual protocols will apply.
If you choose to approach them on the street, I highly recommend having a car, and possibly some weed(and/or alcohol). Again you will need razor sharp game, or else you will risk harsh rejection. You will need an interesting vehicle as well. You'll need to DHV, and a Toyota Camry will not cut it. Suggested vehicles are: BMW 3 Series, Mercedes C-Class, Mitsubishi Evo, Subaru Impreza, you get the idea hopefully. When I was younger, all a player needed was an Escort XR3i, suitable music and a charming disposition. Female chavs today are no different to other women today in their sense of entitlement.

However, if you're a young guy who is not from the UK, perhaps studying or traveling, there is no reason why you couldn't take up a job like that and game some women. You'll have the 'exotic factor' in your favour; ie: being different to the average male in the area. Female chavs do not really travel far or go out of their comfort zones in terms of location.
Not many female chavs will have jobs, and those that do will have crappy low-paid jobs, and I really don't have the heart to recommend that route to a fellow RVF member. You hopefully have better things to do than work in a factory if you're visiting the UK.
Final Points
If you're a black guy from America, you have a good chance with these women. African-American culture is very popular among this social subset. White American guys have a good chance with them too, especially if they're already familiar with hoodrats and/or have good game.

Thanks man with the mini data-sheet I was wondering that how do I day game these 'chavs' and I'm only 17 with no game experience.
I live in the UK and target girls in the 17 - 21 age bracket. I find chavs infinitely more enjoyable and easier to game than middle class or posh girls. In fact chav teens are the only girls I really enjoy interacting with in a daygame scenario.
I find them to generally be down to earth, straight forward and up for a laugh. The complete opposite of middle class english girls who I try to avoid.
Parks are good for meeting chavs in the hot weather, and shopping centres on a saturday. I just ask em for a lighter or for directions to somewhere then just have a joke with them.
Plus they tend to be DTF.
