Why so serious when groing up?

I was passing through Starbucks with 2 friends and decided to get in so i jumped on a couch and relaxed like i was the owner of the place. When my friends saw me they told me "wow man this isn't your home". Then i screamed loudly "i know". I started messing with the 30 euro cofee bags on the shelves like a 5 year old and whenever a hot blonde passed and cought my friends watching her and then turning around i screamed "hey dont watch that blonde" and the woman would turn watch me in the eyes and smile.
I really didnt care what people thought of me but what bothers me is that everyone is so fucking serious everywhere. What does the "im adult now, im serious" mean? Why not jump from the bench and infront of women while they are having "serious" conversation with monotony on their faces. Everything seems so boring when you start to feel free. Its such a good feeling.

If i remember well Gmanifesto posted something about swooping girls when you dont give a fuck about what they think, so why 99% of grown ups get so serious?

im 17 now, so does this mean that in 1 year i will have to "behave properly"

If you think it's bad now wait until you get out of college. People start getting married and getting into their careers and ultimately throwing away their childish spirits.

You're still pretty damn young though. You got plenty of time to screw around and have fun.

to be honest, the yelling and calling ur friends out was kinda childish and immature.

their is a diff between being free spirited and laid back ie laying on the couch isnt bad and it doesnt label you as stupid. but the other antics certainly do.

i have 2 friends that do some of that retarded shit with calling ppl out in front of girls and being obnoxious.

nothing wrong with being care free and fun. just dont be obnoxious and retarded.

The most crazy guy I know is a guy in his 30s who is very successful in his career. Just hanging around him is awesomely fun since he jokes around so much and creates an awesome vibe. You're self amused which is good just be careful to not be a dick to your friends by calling them out. Keep having fun man, I'm trying to move myself towards that kindoff vibe. Fuck what other people say, don't let yourself be socially conditioned.
