Losing energy near end of night

What's up guys.

Trying to find some remedies to continue plowing through the night when I run out of juice.

Usually start my nights off bouncing from set to set, get tired by 12 and then lose my momentum. Interactions after this feel like I'm taking value from girls instead of giving.

I nap before I go out, exercise regularly, eat pretty well....what else can I be doing?

Yeah this is normal for some people. Thats why I cant do night game, I get exhausted from the interaction. Day game and instant date all the way for me.

Are you an introvert? If so just accept you will not be able to plow through the night on rocket and still come back for more. I train, lift, eat and sleep healthy and though my physical reservoir is seemingly indepletable, jumping sets in a bar would exhaust me after 5 sets.

If you just have to, go out less but when you go out give it your all. Red bull helps but wouldn't recommend it.

Would be much better to do daygame. Your health and enjoyment shouldnt be sacrificed for chicks.

I have done daygame for majority of my time while knowing about anything related to pick up.

Can't justify going to malls now though. I'm not even in Toronto haha so the flow of attractive girls comes at 3 per hour.

XTC. They say you get really happy and 'sex when on X' is said to be like in heaven. Never tried it so can't speak for myself.

But isn't this just a rhytm thing? Isn't is just your biological clock negging you because it's way 'past bedtime' and this is something you need too get used to?

I've had the opposite problem. I was rarely able to fall asleep before 2am, didn't matter if I got in at 10pm or 1 am, just didn't sleep before it was around 2am. Took me weeks to get into a rhytm of sleeping 'early' and finally get some decent hours of sleeping.

I definitely have had this issue, since I work early mornings on weekdays. Friday is the worst - if I don't take a nap after work, I'm pulling a 20-22 hour day, depending how late I stay out. Here are some things I do to keep up my energy levels:

- Have a big cup of green/black tea before going out. I try to avoid red bull or other energy drinks, but of those, the Starbucks "Doubleshot energy" drinks are decent. Tea gives you a far more clean boost of energy than energy drinks.
- Eat a decent-sized meal that fills you up but doesn't stuff you. Only you know your own appetite, and you might have a very fine line between leaving home hungry and leaving home in a food coma. Find your middle with practice. Specifically, avoid a glut of carbs (pasta is the most egregious offender). A good serving of meat or fish tends to do the trick. My go-to meals before a night out include a brisket sandwich, sushi, grilled salmon, or a steak if I'm feeling good. If you cook/order too much, save part for later. A meal that stuffs you can be an enormous cockblock.
- Be social throughout the night, not just in "sets". If you're with friends, that's a given. But if rolling solo, just make natural conversation with everybody around you; your uber driver, your bartender, the cute girl outside the bar, etc. This is especially important for me. I don't exactly work in a social environment, so if I go out and try to talk with hot girls after not speaking with anybody for 10 hours, I'll fail miserably. Get into a good social state, and have fun with it.
- Find venues that fit your personality. Some people get exhausted at a club, since they just don't like the music/vibe. Great, don't go to them. Some people get exhausted at lounges, since chill house music just puts them to sleep. That's fine, try someplace else. If you feel like you aren't really in sync with the venue, go elsewhere. Eventually you'll figure out which venues you prefer.
- If the above isn't an option (ie: no re-entry, but you're early and you know more hot girls should come), one thing I do is just soak my face in water from the sink in the bathroom. Quick wake-up at least for a little. Chewing gum also helps. Coke will give you a huge burst of energy too (if you're into that).

Finally, if you did all of the above, but you've had a long day and just feel dead exhausted, go home. Sometimes your body just needs rest, and that's fine.

I'm a daygamer/onliner myself but you can try taking ephedrine/caffeine at 11. Takes about an hour to kick in. You feel its effects for the next 2-3 hours or so. Be sure you don't have any heart problems before taking the ec stack.

Hey OP do you workout right before your date ? I usually do and it keeps me going.

Vodka/Waters to keep me going Redbull/Vodkas (2 at most) 1 in the beginning one in the middle.

Are you having fun when you go out? When I go out at night to game time flies and I don't even realize how fast time is flying. How are your results? Is there any room to slow things down with your interactions and have some fun juat teasing and being more playful in your approaches rather than robotic systematic approach after approach after approach? Maybe Im totally off but that was the impression I got from your post.

Do you drink beer when you go out? If so maybe switch to liquor? Too much beer tires me out for sure. Just throwing out ideas at this point.

I had 2 beers last night. One at 10, other at 12. Great night overall, don't think it was because of alcohol.

Focused more on fun than end results.

Well it is the end of the night. So a normal person who wasn't high would start getting tired, assuming you typically sleep regular hours. You could always throw a vodka redbull back. Or sans vodka if you're good on the liquor.

Personally alcohol wakes me up more and more. People sometimes found it hard to believe I ran purely on booze when drinking. Now that I don't drink I start winding down after a while.

You can simply just go out later at night. No point being out earlier and warming up the girls for other guys who will pull them at 2am.
