Holy shit this thread was entertaining! The human pillow, horrible text game, and askhole -- classic stuff. One common method of doing this is to deny men after leading them on.
Here' my rule: sleeping in the same bed is for adults. Adults have sex when sleeping in the same bed. If we aren't doing that, then you don't belong in my bed nor me in yours. I'm going home, or otherwise sleeping somewhere else.
Ideally, I'd give her a little leeway (second or third night) but in my experience, girl psychology dictates that if you don't get significant sexual activity out of her in the first night that you share a bed then you are likely to be quickly demoted or friend zoned. So, I no longer go by my ideal but what girl psychology demands. If no sex then no sleeping together in the same bed and, if I can help it, in the same domicile.
Essentially, what you are doing is denying her ego boost in getting you to lie with her while she denies you.
The first night in bed, simply pull your dick out and ask her to check it out. Sometimes this short circuits her resistance and fucked up games (denying the make out, etc). If she denies you, calmly explain that you are an adult, and so is she, and that you have sex when sharing a bed with a woman. Though, don't couch it as blackmail (ie: don't say you are leaving if she doesn't have sex). Just state what I said, pause, and then slowly leave.
This approach works better for bangs where both of you fell into bed after partying, etc. If you're trying to get into a LTR with a non-slut, then I'd start by not crawling into bed with her to early without first escalating outside of the bedroom to assure that when you are in bed that it will go down. In other words, I wouldn't just whip your dick out without further assurances.
