Natural ways to boost Testosterone?

Natural ways to boost Testosterone?

I feel what seems like a huge testosterone boost when I "roll" (spar) in Jiu Jitsu. Being surrounded by other high testosterone men has been proven to be effective. Testosterone in Military, Prisons is high for same Reason etc. Im getting a test this week for my test levels. Im not sure what my levels were before BJJ unfortunately.

I think surrounding yourself with other masculine, agressive, succsessfull friends will increase your testosterone.

Natural ways to boost Testosterone?

I just got back from the states and had my levels tested while I was there.

Testosterone, serum - 1033 (264-916 ng/dL) High

Testosterone, free - 11.1 (9.3-26.5 pg/mL) Normal

Estradiol - 51 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL) High

I'm happy to see my levels that high but wouldn't a higher level of 'free' test be more desirable, i.e. for mood, energy etc.?

Did you check SHBG? and other hormones like LH, FSH?

Free T can be low due to high SHBG.

I didn't have SHBG checked, but LH is 4.7 (1.7-8.6 mIU/mL) and FSH is 2.4 (1.5-12.4 mIU/mL).

Do you have any symptoms?

Did you check your ferritin?

SHBG is an important value to check since they bring most of testosterone ready to use for tissues. If they are too high (even in the lab range) they snatch free T.

I have read on another forum that their peak value should be around 30.

Yep, can't drink tap water anymore after reading this thread.

'it helps if you think of tap water as liquid estrogen'...

Hmmm...not if you WERE happy drinking tap water))

Seriously though, thanks.

UK RVFs you can get an Ultrastream water filter for about £400.

On my list.

Hi all,

I wanted to ask if anyone can share any thoughts/experiences on boost Testosterone levels naturally?

I have heard compound heavy lifts, sex with hotties, and a diet high in saturated fat help...?

I am thinking about getting a panel done. I'm 28 and I suspect I am on the lower-end of the T scale (practically hairless, low LBM, average sex drive, etc.).

Thanks for any comments.

i am someone who did TRT for 8 years and recently stopped. my natty T level somewhat has recovered well after not producing for many years.

i did a number of things to make it happen:
- eat a lot of red meat (as rare as possible)
- eat less of gluten stuff
- eat no vegetables
- eat less fruits
- remove all the inflammations from the body (root canal teeth, cavitation, mercury teeth, etc)
- drink ginger tea (ginger increases LH and testosterone)
- exercise Muay Thai and BJJ (more natural than bodybuilding)
- detox (heavy metals and parasites)
- drink unfluoridated water
- liquid iodine and magnesium (liquid)
- take ZERO vitamin D; go out more in the sun

@ Dre: what's your dosage and how much do you pay per month? Did you go to a clinic?

Here in Europe, we don’t have anti-aging clinics. There are only very few doctors that specialize in HRT and anti-aging and they get a lot of flak from other doctors, big pharma and the media for prescribing treatments that are unproven, unsafe, ineffective and too expensive. I went to such a doctor.

There are three parts to the cost: the consultations, the blood panels and the actual hormones.

Once my treatment will be dialed in, my doctor requests a comprehensive blood panel and a consultation every 6-9 months. The consultation costs 165 euros, the blood panel costs approximately 250 euros (this includes all hormones, liver and kidney function, vitamin and mineral levels, blood lipid profile, red and white blood cell count and composition, psa, …).

As for the hormones, I am on:
-1g of 10% test gel a day. This means I apply 100 mg of test to my skin, of which approximately 10% is absorbed. The gel is made by a compounding pharmacy and costs around 30 euros a month. I absorb it well, it doesn’t raise my e2 and it’s not too expensive so I don’t see a reason for the moment to change to injections. Based on my most recent blood panel, I will probably lower the dosage.
-50 mg of pregnenolone a day. I take capsules that are made by a compounding pharmacy. Price is around 50 euros a month.
-90 mg of DHEA a day. Also as capsules, made by the same compounding pharmacy. Also costs around 50 euros a month.

On top of that I also take magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and iodine.

50 mg pregnenolone a day is too much. 10-30 mg a day is more than enough. gel costs more than injection. the best part is injection has 100% absorption.

Man, 8 years is a lot. Im not knowledgeable on the subject but from what ive read 8 years is way too long to get the nuts back up and working again.
Did you use hcg or something for the full 8 years?
Surely you must have had one big ass pct to get back up again?

i used one bottle of HCG 5000iu, half box of pregnenolone and DHEA to recover. it sucked for like a month, zero energy and libido. however, at around month #2, i got morning wood back and my energy back.

How do you compare your natural T now , compared to your natural T just before starting TRT ?
