I have a solitary hair that grows between my eyebrows. I pluck it out by the root, and that's as far as my eyebrow grooming goes.
Don't know why people are talking about razors. Tweezers are the way to go. Get the root and forget about it for a month.

I heard something about putting icecubes on the area where you tweeze so it numbs the pain.

It won't grow back. Last resort is transplant. You remove hair from somewhere else (ie. arm) and put it on your eyebrows. Same procedure for baldness but cheaper since it's much less follicles to transplant.
