Starting the Roosh program

So I've had enough of being passive, anti-social, unable to get what I want and most of all I'm tired of being a sexless virgin. I'm beginning my first cycle of the roosh program to try and see if this is the kick up the ass I need so desperately.

Little background:

I'm 19 years old, Turkish but born in and raised in England. I speak both languages fluently.

I'm 5'7, 125 lbs. As I've taken the red pill, I've become somewhat insecure about my height. This quite a sticking point for me in terms of self esteem.

I'm probably a 5/10, 6/10 on a good day. I'm also quite insecure about how I look because I have a severe overbite and recessed chin. I'm currently awaiting surgery and also have braces to correct this. With jaw surgery, I think I'll go up to a 6/10 maybe 7/10 because my other facial features such as cheek bones are decent. I find myself constantly worrying how my jaw looks and covering it with my hand when talking to people. Guess I'll just have to deal with it til my surgery.

I've kissed 2 girls in my life which is terrible for anyone's standard. Both of them were shear luck. I've had opportunities to bang and escalate but never realised them til afterwords. I want to become more sharp mentally and be able to critically analyse a situation in the moment, which I currently suck at.

I currently work in an office in central London as a credit controller. It's a chitty career and I got the job just to earn some money. I'm looking to go back to university to pursue a career in audio engineering as it is something I enjoy immensely. Happiness trumps money to me. Central London is probably the best place to approach so I'll be doing most of them there on my lunch breaks or after work.

Workout routine:

I found a great gym on the way back from work and I'll be enrolling in Muay Thai training in 2 weeks time when I get paid. I'll also be strength training.

Game resource: I've just acquired Day bang which I'll be reading.

Approaches: I'll be doing the 100 approaches, mainly in central London as explained before.

Watch Seinfeld: I'll be watching it come tomorrow.

Masturbation: I'll be limiting this to Sunday's. This is quite a big issue for me as I find my self masturbating most days and it really kills any drive I have.

Notes: I'll be using my phone to make notes after approaches.

Read books: I'll be reading books come tomorrow. Pretty undecided about what to read for the cycle. I only read non fiction so maybe a biography about Lenin or something like that.

After your 100 approaches, take two weeks off to reflect.

Repeat steps 3 through 8 while still working out.

Thank you roosh for this program. I hope this thread will make me accountable and I hope I can release the man that's begging to come out.

Don't worry about your face, there's not much you can do. Focus on your hairstyle and waredrobe; it does wonders. [Image: wink.gif]

It's hard not to be insecure. I come out weird in pictures etc as my face just looks a little odd.

I've made good progress on my hair. A year ago I buzzed my hair and have cut the top since. It's making me look a lot better than I did before.

As for the gym, I really do need to go. I lack in physical strength and muscle.
