Waking up early to workout challenge

Im having such a hard time with this.

I am usually up until 12am, 1 or 2 in the morning, either working or going out for work. And then when I go to bed, I am like, "screw it, I need sleep," and I will sleep into 7:30 or 8, or later some days. Especially if I have a 15+ hour day on my feet for work.

I have been reading Jocko lately, and I am motivated to get up as early as possible. He gets up at 4:30, thats way too early for me. But I want to get up early.

I am in a power lifting routine now. My workouts can stretch over an hour. I am usually working out in the evening. I really want to change my schedule to be workout first, in the early morning.

I highly recommend Jockos new book about self discipline. Getting to bed early for me is as important as waking up early now.
