My girlfriend and I will be traveling to Rio this January until March. We will be visiting her family for the first part, and going to her cousin's graduation party in Sao Paulo (3 night hotel party for graduation from dental school -- crazy Brazilians). We will be in Salvador for Carnival. Does anyone have any experience with Salvador's carnival or know any good resources for quality hostels? Any help would be appreciated!
