Reversing Signs Of Aging In Your Face

Long-term methods:

1. Broad-spectrum sunscreen (UVA and UVB protection) daily + reapplication, too
2. Application of retinol (high-strength Vitamin A) at nighttime before bed
3. Daily moisturizer
3. Exfoliate skin 1+ times each week
4. HYDRATION
5. Eating your veggies, especially carrots, spinach, and kale
6. Daily facial cleanser
7. Limiting alcohol use and obviously no smoking
8. Drinking warm lemon water each morning (not proven but becoming popular)

1-5 are money, ESPECIALLY 1 & 2. Obviously, this isn't easy to adhere to, but worth it in the end. I'm a young guy but can see my skin looks far better than that of most people who work in a high-stress place like I do. I have to fight my genetics for the rest of my life.

Just a warning, but I keep hearing retinol being applied daily. That stuff is really strong, and should be careful with it. It could end up weakening your skin barrier hence creating redness aka broken blood vessels because you thinned your skin out.

Does anybody have any tips for dark circles around the eyes?

Specifically, products, if applicable.

I get enough sleep at the moment.

Could it be allergies. My doctor told me dark circles under my eyes cannot be cured with rollovers. He said those are just scams. But everyone that has dark circles under their eyes, that is getting enough sleep and does not have high cholesterol, has some type of allergy. I would do a thorough examination and see what/if you are allergic to anything. The air your breath through your nostrils is responsible for whatever enters the bags under your eyes (which are formed because everything is clogged under there). In that case you cannot fix it by applying some cream on top but by figuring out what's clogging it.

Has anyone tried the Dr. Murad Resurgence skin rejuvenation? I know it's for older women and it's supposed to help with hydration but there's far more research and development devoted to women skin issues than there is to men skin products. Hence, I'm assuming products made for women would be superior.

I've tried a lot of different creams and stuff in the last few years. And what I've found is that it doesn't matter so much about price or name. I've found cheap creams/products that have unique awesome effects etc.

Here is what I have found to be really good for me:

Este Lauder serum. I need the exact name, but it's expensive. It absolutely works. It makes my skin kind of even colored red when I rub it in, which means it's working. Put that on at night a few times a week.

Another cream I've fallen in live with is YesTo Cucumbers cream. It goes on kind of thick and white but then soaks in the skin quickly. I find it moisturizers and also dries out pimples or whiteheads and those pimples under thebslin etc. Sometimes I have a problem with that if I'm working out a lot and not showering as much.

I put the serum on and then the cream after it and the next day my skin looks perfect.

Burt's bees makes a great lip stick balm thing.

Also Jason's Vitamin C cream heals skin and is great on lips. But I don't use it on my skin too much because I wear contacts and I feel like it gets in my eyes and makes them blurry and kind of irritated.

I've tried a lot more products and can recommend more. But it is very important to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.

I started this a couple years ago after I noticed that I still had great skin, but it wasn't that baby faced perfect youth skin I always had. It was changing slightly.

Also, buy lactic acid peel gel. I'll find the company. I use it at 50% once in awhile. It works. It's awesome. Salycic acid and glycolic acid etc mess my skin up and are too harsh. Lactic acid works for me. It is a peel but doesn't necessary make your skin peel. But it revitalizes your skin, no doubt. It will give you a great complexion.

Having a beard helps, it softens the skin underneath, less shaving and chemicals on your face, exposes less of your face to the sun.

I've definitely cut back back on drinking, nowadays, I'll do vodka/water/lemon slices.

Use the biore pore strips on your nose to get rid of black heads.

My biggest problems is the darkness below my eyes, I also dye my hair once in awhile as well.

Apricot scrub does wonders for what's left of exposed skin on my face.

Don't forget to whiten your teeth !

Thankfully I look young for my age and I have thick hair (so far).

This is great topic to discuss, since it does wonders for a players looks and well being.

Retin-A is pretty amazing stuff. I apply it every night, wait a few minutes and massage in some coconut oil into my face. This way I am getting a peel and nourish effect, the retin a helps the absorption and effect of the oil.

On top of this I do a heavy exfoliation once per week, keep well hydrated and remember to use a factor 30 (at least) sub screen.

Another important factor is your fat level, a pudgy face normally looks older (trust me I know) but a chiselled and lean face will usually take a few years off.

Does anyone have any recommendations where to order real Retin-A online?

PM ME

Also, what is the best percentage to buy? I've seen 0.025 / 0.05 / 0.1

Check Patrick Bateman's routine from American Psycho. While only a movie (a great one at that) I have actually applied some of this advice to my morning routine with positive results.

Why is a biore pore strip superior to simply squeezing out blackheads from your nose?

I actually think its fun to squeeze out the little dirt ropes from your skin.

Having sex with a younger, hotter girl and living a fun passionate life. I'm serious. Last year when I first got with my ex-gf, after about a month together, she said that I started to look younger and lost weight. We had also traveled to NY, Chicago and Hawaii.

When you're stuck in a job you don't enjoy and not living life with passion, you're like a plant in the shade.

Personally the times I've done that, I had nothing but big ass pimples show up later.

I've got one or 2 pimple scars on my nose because of that.

I have found something that is cheap, and I believe works pretty well, if you can let it "sit" on your face for awhile, just straight up olive oil. Watch it getting in your eyes. Pick a couple hours and when you can stay in and just let it soak. Put some on your forehead, beneath eyes and area where crows feet would form....If you think about it, diet has been mentioned a lot here and olive oil is usually considered good for the body. Plus, as I mentioned before you can get a bottle for cheap.

Olive oil seems to be nature's version of WD40.

Has anyone got any advice for puffy circles under the eyes?

If you're still in your early-mid twenties, just keeping your skin hydrated will reverse most wrinkles on your face. Nivea works for short-term, but after a while it starts fucking up your skin and making it bumpy.

You can use olive oil with the face masks, or coconut oil, rosewater is also good for dark circles under eyes, and wrinkles under eyes.

But the best solution to not getting puffy eyes, or dark circles is to get rosewater drops in the eye, and around, it also clear up some of crow's feat.

If all else fails, you can just take a trip to South Korea and get super-cheap plastic surgery to reverse the damage that had been done when you hit a rough patch in life. Best plastic surgery in the world, better than the states, and france, and also cheaper because they do millions every day.

Out of the woodwork, into the night, onto the moonlit veranda.

I have oily skin which has helped me have absolutely 0 wrinkles on my face and around the eyes, but given me problems with acne on my forehead. Nothing crazy...but I do notice it. Seems like there is a cream for everything and that promises everything, so hard to know what works and what not. One thing I heard is that we should not be putting any cream on the face whatsoever at night. It interrupts the skin's normal process of healing. For guys with dry skin, maybe not to worry. But I have been applying only a tonic at night to my skin and it really looks great. No cream, just a clearing tonic. The brand is Dr. Hauschka. It is a German brand, all natural stuff, and really quite good. They have products for every skin type.
