A hundred times this. Not to sound "2/10 WNB," but I'd be willing to bet that a significant percentage of 6s could achieve monetizeable looks by losing 30 pounds and getting liposuction, breast implants, a nose job, and lip injections, and only posting the most professionally done photos of themselves.

Good for her for going all-in on her dream, I guess, but this is more a feather in the cap of modern medical science than any sort of personal development success story. Attention whores gonna attention whore.
