6 Habits You Should Do Every Day

The red/green background on a spreadsheet is indeed easy to review, but if you were to use a simple binary 1/0, that would allow you to instruct Excel to calculate the percentage of adherence to a particular habit over many months.

So my spreadsheet looks like this...

And the formula for the percentage calculator (assuming using 1 for yes and 0 for no) is:

=1-(COUNTA(C2:XFD2)-SUM(C2:XFD2))/(COUNTA(C2:XFD2))

and set the cell to 'percentage'. Freeze the panes so that your tasks and % adherance remain on the left, and that should be pretty easy to use. Disclaimer-I am not a coder of any sort, so if I'm being retarded and there is a glaring error there please call me out.

Hell, just PM me for a copy if you want.

Hah, I can tick off 'ten minutes brain puzzle' for today...

They who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety- Benjamin Franklin, as if you didn't know...

For those that want an easy way to track all of their habits, try using the Lift app. Basically, you enter all of your habits in the app, and simply tap the green checkmark, when you complete a habit. It is sort of like the digital version of "dont break the chain". It also has pre-set plans for everything from guided meditations to progressing on your squat or pull up, so it is very helpful.
