already looking forward to next season, hoping Kimi in a Ferrari is going to beat the Vettel stalemate. I wonder how good Vettel would be if he was in a different car....maybe he wouldn't be beating the championship records of Prost, Senna ect..

Can't stand Vettel! Yeah he's not a bad driver, but he's winning only due to having a beast of a car at his disposal. Put him in any of the other cars and he'd struggle big time! It's a shame as last year and in 2010, Alonso should have won the title. Alonso is the most complete driver out there along with Kimi. Lewis is the fastest. I love Lewis.

It's a shame the way Webber has been treated by RB over the years. That guy is pure class and talent! In 2010, if RB would have been fair, he should have been the one to fight for the title with Alonso, not that Teutonic prick!

I don't understand how come Ferrari, being the biggest name team with the biggest budget by far, cannot produce a car that can do better than that, specially in qualifications. They're not bad during the races, mainly due to them having the best driver in their roaster, but they're always starting with a huge handicap due to their dismal qualifications results.

Glad to see Kimi back at Ferrrari. Him and Alonso are going to clinch the constuctors' title quite handily. And as long as the team provides them with a good car, they'll be both be up there for the driver's title as well.

Grosjean is finally delivering some good results. Now if he can do that on a consistent basis, then he'd be a serious title contender as well.

Btw, I heard and read that in 2015, Ferrari and RB will do a swap, with Alonso going to RB and Vettel to Ferrari. Anyone heard of that? or is it total BS?

Btw, I'd LOVE to see Kubicer back in F1. That guy was destined for greatness and for Ferrari had he not had his major rally accident in 2010. Any news about him coming back to F1 next year?

Another guy that I'd love to see back in F1 is Kobayashi as he is a very exciting driver who is an overtaker machine!

Next season I think the Mercedes will be a beast, maybe Mclaren too with their new Honda engine. Cars are being completely rebuilt - turbos!! so will be interesting

I've lost interest in F1 already this season, last race I watched properly was Italy and now I can't be fucking arsed.

McLaren will have the Honda engine in 2015, not next year, but yeah it should be a good unit. Their MotoGP engines are mighty.

I reckon Merc and Lewis will be a winning combo next year.

Not sure about Webber's skills. Top bloke, but always a bit of a journeyman driver flattered by the Red Bull (as is Vettel). And why is he so unlucky?

Can't be arsed to watch now either. MotoGP is much better (and Moto2 and 3).

Give Lewis another year and surely he'll take off with Mercedes. I can actually believe that Vettel is wiping the floor with the competition. Dude is amazing as much as it pains me to say it. I will be taking off from work the day of the US Grand Prix. I caught a bit of it last year and it looked like an awesome race.

i like the Texas track, reminds me of Silverstone, I drove an F1 simulator at my old work (they sponsor every grand prix race, have a guess [Image: wink.gif] ) and got to drive every track, man that was brutal but Austin was superb, flowing well

Formula one legend Michael Schumacher is in a critical condition in hospital after suffering a brain haemorrhage in a skiing accident in France.

French television station BFMTV and local paper Le Dauphine Libere reported on Sunday, local time, that the condition of the record seven-time F1 champion had deteriorated from serious to critical.

Grenoble University Hospital released a statement saying that the former German champion had suffered a "severe head injury with coma", and had undergone neurosurgery, Le Dauphine Libere reported.

Never was a fan of his, but it'd be very sad to see such a legend go like that!

He has been an inspiration for me for pushing myself to my limits when it comes to women as well, he's probably one of the reasons why I got with even Romanian national beauty pageant winners or podium "finishers". I always admired his push for ultimate performance even in the glitz of Monte Carlo , his combativity and alpha male behavior and in the years he was pushing full attack to win F1 races, I was successfully pushing full attack to conquer the most beautiful women in Iasi and I strongly believe he was a contributing factor to my success. I would support him to win an F1 race and then I would go on full attack pussy hunts. Particularly as I see Iasi as a sort of F1 for pickup - with very high stakes in terms of beauty but also high difficulty in getting to the pussy fast, I totally took on the challenge. After his retirement in 2006 my pickup shape declined and the fact that he was no longer in F1 surely has been one of the factors (along with the fact that I was 2 years into a LTR and just finished college needing to now get a job).
I hope he makes a full recovery, he is the alpha male of motorsport and a big inspiration in many ways and for many people, including for Sebastian Vettel

I was hoping for Hamilton to be a similar inspiration as he had his speed and combativity but he had his highs and lows and I'm not Vettel's fan, he wins races in a boring way. In the WRC, Loeb was also winning races in a boring way. Schumacher however was able to win races in a terrible unreliable 1997 Ferrari and fight his way from 22nd to 4th even in Monte Carlo, which has been very inspiring. The fastest driver of his generation, in the fastest and hottest red Ferrari, in Monte Carlo one of the hottest and elegant places on earth, Monte Carlo, coming home for the win, that was an amazing feeling.

I love this video too and I will never forget his wins in Monte Carlo

Also, how amazing it must be to go pickup some of the finest models in a club after the Monte Carlo race. Not to mention for an F1 driver [Image: tongue.gif] . Though you can expect it's one of the highest golddigging F1 driver/ m(b)illionaire groupie ratios in there... But that's what a challenge is all about [Image: biggrin.gif]

On the same subject - as long as they're models and at the Monte Carlo F1 GP, it doesn't even matter anymore that they're too skinny and have goofy bodylanguage [Image: tongue.gif] , it's still a pleasant sight. But seriously now, I wish that it would stop being required for models to be anorexic, that's not the most pleasant body shape, particularly in bed, they need a bit more meat on them.

20 Years Since Senna's passing this week..

Also, the title will be between Rosberg and Hamilton? Really happy to see Hamilton finally string together some victories. The W05 is pretty insane, the period after the safety car in Bahrain really did demonstrate their dominance.

I still get chills watching Senna drive at Monaco.

The Top Gear documentary is a great watch.

This years F1 is one of the most boring and uninteresting I remember. I thought last year was boring but this year is even worst! F1 is a joke nowadays light years away from the pure driving nirvana it used to be. Ridiculous to see races decided by engineers who are dictating when can the drivers make a move on other cars!

FIA and Bernie's greed are destroying what used to be THE pinnacle of driving at its very best.

What a shame!

boring? Bahrain was a fascinating race. I'm glad to see the order shaken up after several years of outright Red Bull dominance. Granted it may have been shuffled by the onset of what could be several years of Mercedes dominance, but in Rosberg and Hamilton I do think there are two relatively evenly matched drivers who will provide more entertainment than Vettel and Webber really did. F1 has never been a spec series and in the last 20 years there have been many periods of relative dominance by one team.

The only thing that disappoints me about this year is the sound. I'm glad I went to a race last year before the V8s went away. One of my favorite sports memories was the first time walking through the park at Montreal hearing the cars ripping through the trees. It put goosebumps on your skin.

I wish they would live things the way they were.
I hate that they have to run on a full tank of gas.
I hate that they have to use certain tires.
I hate some of the new tracks.

Bahrain was an awesome race, the last 10 or so laps really did light up the evening, wheel to wheel racing with two class drivers, it was great, they kept it clean. Hamilton on slower tyres and Rosberg on faster tyres trying to overtake was almost karting-like with the close range fight for position.

Also, it showed how much faster Mercedes are, I think they put 24 seconds on the rest of the field in those last 10 laps.

I do miss refuelling, it gave that added sense of strategy to racing.

Also, I think not being able to push cars to their limit with these fast-degrading Pirelli tyres also annoys most fans.

Formula 1 2014 season comes to a close today with Hamilton winning, and becoming the most successful British driver of all time, surpassing Nigel Mansell. Good season with good inter-team rivalry. Hopefully next year RedBull and McLaren will step up their game in respect to technology.

Mission accomplished by F1 this year, complete dismantling of Red Bull and Vettel. Looking forward to the awkward Kimi and Vettel interviews with Ferrari next season.

I'm not really a fan, but Hamilton deserved the championship without a doubt.

Why is he wasting his time with Nicole Scherzinger? Isn't she pushing 40?

Old broad but still hot. She seems to have glided right over the wall.

Definitely won't be giving him children.
