Evernote or Day One apps

Hey guys,
Do any of you use these apps for note taking/organization or journaling?
I need something with which I can keep searchable exportable well organized notes including pictures, locations, date/time stamps, etc.
I've downloaded both of the apps but because this is a big task I want to make sure I start with the right one. Does anyone have any personal experience with them?
Thanks

Try the desktop version of evernote. I like it a lot.
It's simple to use and can sync with the phone version. The web version is to "modern" for me.
As for evernote the app. Man, I just needed something to write notes with. It gets shittier with every update. Now it comes with a bunch of options and it's too complicated.
On the other hand, I'm thankful I can take pictures and make notes on them along with voice recording, but most of the time it's too confusing to use and the app is bloated.

I use google docs for journaling and lotsa other stuff.
For notes I use Google Keep.

I use Day One to keep a journal, have done so for a year now. Great tool I recommend it.
