I was suspicious that John Galt was NTP . What made me suspicious off him was that one time I was checking ROK comments section and there was user John Galt claiming the he married a virgin and had a daughter (or daughters). I found it odd that dint mention in one of his multiple posts in forum.

one step a copyright holder can take is to inform Amazon of the copyright infringement. For reputational reasons, and possibly liability reasons (not sure), Amazon has a strong interest in not participating in an infringement. Amazon has very strict rules for merchants and authors, and robust systems to detect duplicate identities. If you make a persuasive complaint to Amazon, you might permanently burn this fraudster's bridge with Amazon, and you could probably do this without the expense of hiring a lawyer.
