Here are brief summaries for the first 4 videos I have watched. I did not save the first video correctly so I will
wait to the encore. Although I might have access to it now since I bought the videos for the extras. More about
that later, when I get a chance to the review the purchase.
H Pylori: Detecting and Eliminating the infection that causes Heartburn: with Dr Daniel Kalish
In this video, Kalish goes over what H Pylori is, which is a bacteria that tends to infect the stomach. It can be transferred from simply kissing a infected person and over 50% of the population has it. Granted not everybody has symptoms of it. Its the bacteria primarily responsible for GERD or heartburn. The bacteria damages the stomach lining preventing food from being fully digested. The undigested food than rots in the stomach and bacteria create gases which have to go somewhere. The gases can cause bloating and blow up the valve at the top of the stomach that connects to the esophagus burning the sensitive area, with the stomach acid. Their is a test that senses the presence of this bacteria via stool sample. Its about 100 bucks. You use either herbal or pharmaceutical antibiotics to kill it. But before that you have to lower your stress levels a lot, via food and exercise.
http://www.kalishinstitute.com probably has more information on it.
How to Beat the Bloat: Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth: With Dr. Allison Siebecker
First of all the woman is probably 40 or so, but looks 30 except when she smiles you see the wrinkles. She has short hair, braces and talks fast.In this video they cover SIBO or small intestine bacterial overgrowth. Its an underlying cause of IBS and possibly the IBD. Basically the bacteria that is normally in your colon where its supposed to be is in the small gut in much larger numbers than usual. This impairs digestion, by blocking out space for digestion to happen. I didn't quite understand how this does this exactly though. It might even cause carb-craving as well due to it being the main food source for bacteria. Their is a breath test that you can get but it
requires a clinician to order it which tests for excess methane and hydrogen. This are the gases that the bacteria produce, methane tends to constipate, hydrogen makes you have the trots. She goes into a more detail about diets that reduce feeding this bacteria such as GAPS, FODMAPS, and SCD. Their is also targeted pharmaceutical and herbal antibiotics which can be used to treat them as well. Her website is.

Extinguishing Inflammation: Putting Out the Fire with Real Food – with Dr. Tom O'Bryan
Inflammation in itself is not bad for you. Its needed to protect the body from stresses and pathogenic bacteria. Excessive inflammation will slowly destroy the body via autoimmune disorders. Allergies may be caused by worn down
gut lining from inflammation allowing large food particles into the blood stream. The food particles are confused with bacteria and the body creates antibodies for them, becoming allergic in the process. Beer is okay if you don'thave a gluten sensitivity. Onions and carrots will become covered in a nasty bacteria in about 4 days which can cause gut problems if peeled. I didn't like this speech as much as the others since its seemed more disorganized.
The Dark Side of Gluten: New Perspectives on Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity with Sayer Li
He is an independent researcher who has a website called
http://www.greenmedinfo.com He also has some sort of eye tic which is exhausting to watch, where is eyes scan from left to right constantly. There are over 10,000 studies on gluten
and 300 diseases linked to it. He mentions another protein in wheat called gliadin which I haven't really hear about before. There is a study showing that everybody has an adverse reaction to it. There are studies about remission from schizophrenia from gluten removal from 60 years ago. There are gluten like proteins in milk,
potatoes and even rice. Coffee and coconut oil are great for gluten removal symptoms. He has a free pdf on called Dark Side of Wheat. I haven't read it yet though.
