Ray McDonald Cleared of Charges

The district attorney's office in Santa Clara, Calif., announced today that it would not file charges against Ray McDonald after his domestic violence arrest earlier this year. (McDonald was accused of hitting his pregnant fiancée after they got in a fight at his August birthday party.) As part of the announcement, prosecutors also released their closeout memo, essentially a detailed explanation of their decision-making process.

In this case, prosecutors hit a lot of the roadblocks typical in domestic violence cases: the woman didn't cooperate, there was a lack of verified witnesses, and McDonald said it was self defense. But what really stands out is the detail it provides on what McDonald did when it looked like he had trouble. He didn't do what most of us would do, which is call 911; he called the 49ers' security director, who put him in direct contact with a San Jose police sergeant who had done work for the 49ers and who personally went to McDonald's home multiple times that night.
He called the 49ers' security director, who put him in touch with San Jose police Sgt. Sean Pritchard.

McDonald told Sgt. Pritchard he was afraid the women would show up at his home and cause problems. At one point he told Sgt. Pritchard he was afraid the women had actually shown up because one of them sent him a text describing what he was wearing. Sgt. Pritchard said he responded to McDonald's residence two separate times to address this issue.
Sometime between 12:58 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., a guest was about to leave but stopped by the upstairs room where McDonald's fiancée was sleeping "to warn her that some women were getting too friendly with McDonald," the memo said. The fiancée went downstairs, saw a woman talking to McDonald, and asked her to step outside, which they both did. The memo said McDonald was upset at being embarrassed, but also worried about his fiancée's safety. When she came back inside, she went upstairs and McDonald followed. That's when the fight started.

McDonald followed, saying things that upset Jane Doe. Jane Doe said he called her names, indicated that she was an unfit mother, and threatened to take her baby. Both Jane Doe and McDonald agree that Jane Doe struck first. Jane Doe said it was a single push. McDonald said Jane Doe hit him multiple times with a closed fist. (McDonald had no visible injuries or complaints of pain.) McDonald grabbed Jane Doe's arms to restrain her, resulting in visible injury. At some point they ended up on the couch. Jane Doe said McDonald threw her on the couch. McDonald said they fell on the couch. McDonald tried to remove Jane Doe from the home forcibly. At one point he grabbed her neck, resulting in visible injury. Jane Doe said she was "fighting back," physically resisting McDonald's efforts to pull her out of the house. Jane Doe said she tried to push McDonald off of her. Jane Doe was able to free herself. McDonald said he let go. Then Jane Doe ran upstairs.
So what does McDonald do? He called his San Jose cop, again.

McDonald called Sgt. Pritchard at 2:39 a.m. and said "I need to get this female out of my house."
His fiancée called 911.

Jane Doe called 911 at 2:41 a.m. and said "Hello. I'd like to press for a domestic violence...my fiancé... he's trying to pull me out of the house ...he's drunk....I think he's calling the cops, he, he's trying to get me out."
The first two times Pritchard went to the home he was on duty, but the third time it was "not clear" if he was on duty, although he was in uniform. The closeout memo points out that the situation involves "possible violations of agency policy" and the fact that "Sgt. Pritchard was working for the 49ers while being paid by the citizens of San Jose" but ends that paragraph with these "remain issues that can be handled administratively." (Last month, the San Jose Mercury News reported that the San Jose police had barred officers from working for the 49ers after what happened with Pritchard.)

This wasn't the first time 49ers security got involved in a problem between McDonald and his fiancée. The memo also talks about May 24, when McDonald called 911 saying his fiancée had a gun. McDonald said she didn't point it at him or fire it. About the same time, the 49ers' security director called 911 with a different story: "He reported that McDonald had just called him and told him that his (McDonald's) girlfriend fired a gun," the memo said. No charges were filed, but prosecutors investigated. They found McDonald changed his story, saying his fiancée "did fire a gun into the ground as he drove away from his home that day," the memo said. As for the security director, the memo said he answered with he "could not recall McDonald's statement."

I read somewhere else that when the police asked the people at the party, all of them said "his fiancee was the aggressor." So basically witnesses barely bailed him out.

There is alot to examine here:

1. Ray used the "NFL Team's handler (the security director, who is usually a retired cop), when he should have called the cops first. Always be the first to call.

2. The NFL stabbed him in the back for following the team procedure, caused him to miss games and hurt his earning potential, trying to appease SJWs.

3. Visible marks on her arms because he is trying to push her out of the house = hitting women. That's a new one. Notice how in the article it says she called 911 to tell them he is trying to push me out of the house. She should have said, "He is trying to push me out of HIS house." Of course she would leave out that juicy detail.

Men with decent money and assets need to stop letting these women live in their houses. Once they move in, they think the shit is theirs. You are trying to keep pussy and pussy belongs to no man outside of a marriage. If you are really smart, you won't bring those whores back to your house ever.

4. Notice he called her an unfit mother? He probably gave her a ring because he got her pregnant. Hoodrats and hoes are not wife material. I'm glad he realized that, but look at the damage. He had his warnings when she had a gun some time previously that she was crazy. Black men need to stop dating women of low quality. You can tell she is of low quality, because she was embarrassing him in front of his guests, and he was not going to stand for it. If the article I posted above does not have that tidbit, I read that somewhere else. He probably did not want his kid to be a bastard, but marriage to a sub-standard woman is never an option. Just take better precautions in the future.

5. All men still need game. Especially rich ball players. Notice how he had zero control over hoes sending him texts, crashing his party, openly trying to fuck him more or less in front of people, prompting a possible sore loser to go find his fiancee sleeping upstairs to drop a "You better come get your man" line to her to set her off? Men need to stop being friends with women. Maintain frame and set boundaries. Telling a few hoes "No. You cannot come over today." won't make them run away. It makes them wet. Keeping loose women around when you are trying to marry someone makes no sense either, but that is just common sense. At that stage you have to tie up loose ends.

Also, when multiple women are vying for your attention, you need enough game, to communicate coyly with them, without letting the others know what's up. You can also play divide and conquer game and play winner and losers, if you are high value and call the losers back after the fact, for additional side action. If they are all in your personal circle with your fiancee, then that is just a horrible idea and very poor social circle game.

Alot of this stuff isn't new to most redpill guys, but there are some lurkers and young bucks who need to see this. Also, the NFL tossing him under the bus in lieu of all these case facts is very interesting.

Some quick research shows this Jane Doe girl has a LONG list of prior convictions. What an idiot for trying to lock that down.

I could have sworn he didn't miss a snap, the 49ers stood tall while Ray Rice and Greg Hardy were in deep shit

Yeah McDonald didn't miss any time. That's why players like Jim Harbaugh because he stands up for them.

Ah you are right, he was the only one that did not miss games. I think I got mixed up on which guys got suspended and which ones did not in this witchhunt. I remember Jerry Rice and many other famous people calling for him to be deactivated and suspended. Now they all look like idiots and stupid. There was a ton of pressure on that team because of this mess.

The press tried pushed photos of a "beaten up pregnant woman" without any context of what actually happened.

The whiteknights and SJWs are starting to discredit themselves with each witchhunt that fails. We almost do not have to do anything at all it seems. Give a fool enough rope.....

According to the National Institute of Health, a male DV victim calling the police is more likely to be arrested than the suspect.

Whether to call is serious tactical decision if you're a male victim, especially if your job sanctions male DV victims too.

Calling the police was out as soon as he put his hands on her (no matter how justified). At that point there is an extremely high likelihood of going to jail. Dale Carson, author of Arrest Proof Yourself, states even if a woman is trying to stab you, you're better off jumping out a window than trying to defend yourself....and he has taken his own advice.

The real mistake was putting his hands on her himself instead of having security/entourage handle it. Once that happens (no matter how justified) you're going to be in cuffs before they even hear the story.

"....threatened to take her baby away...". Isn't it his baby too? The mere suggestion that a father might get custody is now a "threat"?

And of course at ESPN and all the other "sports" networks you'll hear crickets because their witchhunt failed. Also you'll hear from white knights, "Just because the DA didn't file charges doesn't mean he didn't do it." Or, "She was scared because of what happened to Ray Rice." But you'll never hear from these people that she was an out of control bitch and attacked him first and it was self defense.

That might be arrest proof but that is not practical I think. She punched him several times first. At that point call the police. I also don't see anything wrong with trying to push someone out of your own house. Problem is when you let these whores shack up with you, it makes it harder to kick them out.

Another issue is that since the NFL wants to get into police work, all this grey area shit will start to backfire. They should let the law sort this shit out, and stay out of it.

Exactly. If you check the ESPN article it does not have the juicy details like the deadspin one has. They basically gloss over it like a footnote.
