Want to get hitched but don't have a man? Head to Japan where a company sells 'solo weddings', helping girls to experience the thrills of getting married without a husband

Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/articl...z3HYPQq1NF

Japanese company started the service for career-women and divorcees
It includes choosing a wedding dress and bouquet, plus hair and make-up
Ladies can even choose a man to accompany them for a photo shoot

Do you dream of having a white wedding, but despair at the lack of a man in your life to share the big day with?

You're not alone - a new trend is cropping up in the Far East for solo weddings.

As women become financially independent, they are putting off settling down with partners until later on in life.

But they still want the all-about-me no-expense-spared party that comes with getting hitched, without actually having to tie the knot.

The honeymoon night does not include the model used for the photo shoot, although the company said the women mostly invited their boyfriends to join them in the honeymoon suite after the 'wedding' was over.

I suppose it's better than actually marrying her.

This really is a great business idea. I just wonder what sort of luck befalls the woman who catches the bouquet. Is she the next to not get married? What does the bride's maid do? Is she in charge of scooping up the litter? What is the wedding topper? A woman taking a selfie?

So many questions.

A woman's hamster has to be nuclear-powered in order to distract her enough from the sense of crushing failure that paying for this event provides.

Further proof that women are more interested in weddings than marriages.

Who turns up to this bullshit?

I wouldn't go if that was my own sister. I'm not ironing a shirt for a day celebrating your unveiled narcissism and lack of social skills.

Honestly, I would rather go to work.

Japan is in a population decline and this is what the company comes up with?

In Japan there is a feeling of despair I wasn't able to put my finger on it, now I know why.

I like this quote:

It should read:

Having bought the lies of feminism that no compromises need to be made and that they can have it all, these women have succumbed to the reality that men don't care about a woman's career like vice versa, and realize that the men they want are pursuing much younger, hotter women. Now, having crashed into the wall, they can fulfill their narcissism with a sad, pathetic solo wedding.

Catering to the whims of irrelevant women is a lucrative business, has a growing market, and involves entirely unpleasant work.

Japan is interesting.

It has the highest population density in the world, yet it is so clear that it also has the loneliest people in the world.

it is amazing to see a place that has so many people yet everyone is so alone.

Sad.

Is that not adultery when a boyfriend is sneaked into the bridal chamber to attend to a woman who has just married someone else (herself)?

I wonder if these women have to consummate their weddings to themselves with a plastic phallus.

I see this as a victory for men.

In the back of their lizard brains, they have to realize they have failed as women. They have relegated their remaining years to diminishing returns of carousel riding and household that smells like cat piss.

I think I saw more houses in the two hours I spent on the Shinkansen going from Tokyo to Kyoto than I have in the rest of my life, the sheer numbers are a trip.

Japan makes me think of Calhoun's studies on overcrowded populations in rodents, there are some interesting parallels. Some rats only came out when the other rats were asleep (NEETs/hikikomoris) and some would rather groom themselves than pursue sex (herbivore men). The colonies in these experiments also eventually burned themselves out, just like Japan is doing now.

I had the same thing in mind reading that, the similarities are eerie to say the least.

This is the part I'm actually interested in. Imagine consummating fake marriages for lonely women without any strings attached, no commitment, no paying for dates or wedding, no divorce rape, no alimony... Just in and out. For ''honeymoon''. A new type of casual hook-up. It's like all the benefits of marriage summed up in one night and subtracted by all the costs of marriage.

If this thing spreads, it's gonna be the re-invention of wheel for players: Groom game. Play wife&husband&bondage for one night, and she is paying for it all.

Now this is just fucking sad; an article like this only proves how Japan secretly hates being Asian, to the point it really wants to join the European Union, all because of a 200+ year-old mentality how they're seen as a "backwater country", at least according to the Japanese themselves.

Seriously, since the very day Japan got opened up by force after self-enforced isolation, they've been copying Europeans for all the wrong reasons.

"strong, muscular" = gay in Japan
learned via Victorian English sailors

Social Darwinism and eugenics
learned from England; guess how Militarist Japan employed those WWII atrocities via its Unit 731? Even after WWII, Japan still keeps their anti-Korean sentiments as part of its propaganda.

NTR
Yup, even cuckoldry is a genre in Japanese porn.

...and now, this.
