Stuck and don't know what to do...

Hey all,

During senior year of college, I was planning on teaching English in Asia. However, at the last second, I got accepted to a medical school in the US and decided to do that instead.

I am in medical school now but it's much worse than I thought it would be. Almost every girl I've seen is a 4 who thinks she is a 9 with most guys more than willing to accept that. I'm passing school but want to quit and start teaching English in December.

Any thoughts?

Dont quit, assuming you want to go the medical way.

You can go teach english even when your 40, it doesnt make sense to go to medical school at an advanced age.

Go out of your way to meet chicks. Build a social circle.
With reference to the ego inflation girls suffer at the hands of a thousand hapless betas pedestalizing them, a few well aimed negs work wonders.... and it will improve your game. You will figure out a way, keep at it, even if you have no intention to bed a 4.

Do you want to be a doctor, or not?

Don't make your life decisions based on women.

Also, you can find women in your area who don't go to your school. Make some friends and start going out.

Girls should be secondary in your life. Game when it's time to game, business when it's time to take care of real things.

Well funnily enough quite a few girls who have rejected/been harsh to you in the past may be a bit more welcoming once they find out you're a doctor.

I dont get the link btw medical school and women. Go to medical school if you want to be a doctor, if that is your passion. Pick a career where you will look forward to Mondays. Half of your waking life will be at that job so you better like it. If your social life sucks now, that is irrelevant. If you want to be a doctor, and become a doctor, you will be gaming 8+ women routinely.

Stick it through medical school.
The money and prestige after you become a doctor will attract all the pussy you need.
Right now you're only seeing 4's in school because that is all there is in your pool. Like stated previously neg them and tease them relentlessly.
Most of the dudes there will be beta as fuck. Gaming these girls won't be too difficult...if you really want a step up in quality just go out to the bar on the weekend or do some online dating. I'm pretty sure once they read your gonna be a doctor there will be a line around the block.

It seems like sticking it out may be the best path.

Going out is what a lot of my friends do. For myself, I need almost a full seven days to keep my performance at a slightly above average level.

Thanks everyone for the advice.

Stay in school.

Getting out of school and getting back in is quite difficult, especially if you have to work full time. Get your schooling out of the way now. Set a good foundation.

Highly doubt this is possible in the US but maybe I can make enough money to bounce in a decade or so.

I would focus all of your energy on medical school now. It may be a few thin years pussy wise but once you're done and practicing medicine it will repay you 1000 fold as everyone knows Dr.'s are like kryptonite for even the hardest of lizards. What specialty of medicine do you plan on getting into?

Decide if being a doctor is really what you want to do. Bear in mind that the medical profession is increasingly facing one regulation after another and it will become EXTREMELY difficult to make a respectable living in many areas of medicine. The plus side is you have occupational mobility and can conceivably relocate to anywhere in the world where they need doctors. The down side is you will be a serious debt donkey for a good portion of your life - I know doctors in their early forties who still have loans from medical school!

Sort out your method for earning your keep, THEN worry about the pussy. And ignore the pussy surrounding you right now - the last thing you need is some entanglement that you fall into just because it seemed convenient at the time.

I would want to do some type of surgery...however, competition to enter this field from other medical students is intense. I think I can make it if I just keep doing what I'm doing.

I have started going harder at the gym and then we can see from there what to do.

Do doctors actually get alot of pussy?

It doesn't really strike me as a profession that girls swoon over plus the long hours which will limit your actual "gametime".

This makes me think that the blanket statement of doctors crushing ass is probably not true. Also i'm not saying don't become a doctor all i'm saying is don't expect loads of groupies when you finish medical school.

No idea man. I'm sure some do well and some don't.

I'm doing medicine because operating seems cool.

Great news - going to Philippines for 8-10 days during winter break.

I'm working out for 1 hour per day - any other advice on what I should be doing to ensure success on this trip?

Being in medical school is not the same as being a doctor. Being a doctor provides a lot more rewards and opportunities, so this is about delaying gratification.

My friend is a doctor and he just got out of medical school a year ago. He's now in a residency after interning... His internship gave him a little more free time for a social life, but now he seems to be working really hard... more than 40 hour weeks.

Plan on not having much of a life for the next 7-10 years. Just being honest... The guy wants to game, but he's too busy to spend time on that. The best he can do is go on a few online dates every month. He doesn't really have the time to get good at it or do things like go to the gym, so it really hurts your game.

On top of this, medical school is expensive. Even though he's a doctor now, his disposable income is less than mine, and I'm in a bullshit marketing job... He can't afford to go out as much as I can. So it takes a couple years to get up into the 6 figures and your loans offset some of that income during the early years.

Once you're out of school, you'll need to play some catch up, especially if you didn't spend your B.S. years in the game. But because of the time commitment of being a doctor, it'll take a few years until you're settled enough to be able to focus on it.

Think hard about this...
Being a doctor is serious DHV and you probably won't need the advice on this forum once you're credentialed, but it's also a serious time crunch... you won't be able to enjoy it until well into your 30s.

Watch Nip Tuck and be inspired, but I think that kind of lifestyle is hard to come by until you're older. Most of the doctors I know do not have the personality to be in the game. They're too neurotic and high strung (and those personality traits help with medical school, but not with women). My friend is actually the exception to the rule... which is why I'm excited for him once he actually reduces the workload.
