I'm heading Reykjavík in the 1st week of November for the Iceland Airwaves music festival. I was thinking about hittin a European city for the Halloween weekend. I got the time off and am looking forward for a change from Montreal & Toronto, which are usually pretty hype for Halloween parties.

So far I'm considering Frankfurt or Cologne,since my connect flight is there but I don't have a problem going anywhere close by if anyone thinks its worth it.

I really appreciate the advice and hoping to bust out a serious datasheet on somewhere/something new!

My experience with continental European cities on Halloween is they're a pale shadow of Anglo ones. There didn't seem to be a culture of 20 somethings going out in slutty costumes to get hammered, unfortunately.

To replicate what you're used to from North America you may find yourself limited to the UK & Ireland.
