Women need a cult or religious group to be convinced to lift weights or exercise. Buy her a crossfit membership and reap the benefits. Their workouts are good enough.

Bumping this thread anyone got any more ideas?

If I train them like a man but with less weight what will happen? Those crossfit chicks look good and that's basically what I'm doing...

There's several ways to look at it:

1) Feminine Activities: Your girl seriously wants to get in better shape but doesn't really want to do much gym or more strenuous exercises so you can enroll her in yoga, pilates, zumba, or other female type exercise regimens.

2) Short Work-outs: Your girl seriously wants to get into shape but is in such poor shape that the prospect of working out is daunting to her. It's hard for her even to get started, let alone stick with something. In this case, make a short workout schedule for her where she works out something like <30 min everyday or every other day. It's not just working out or activity that helps cut weight and tone shape but consistency. If the prospect of working out looks as easy as taking a walk, doing 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 1 pull-up, and 10 body weight squats, it may be easier for her to take rather than a more strenous, efficacious work out routine. We all have to start from somewhere.

3) Activity Dates: If your girl doesn't like working out and doesn't want to work out, then you may have to trick her into doing it. Like slipping unpleasant medicine in a delicious roll of bacon or a few pills in some sausage, you can camoflage exercise as fun activity. For example, take her dancing. Have her teach you dancing from her country. Take her ice skating. Take her to play pool. Have her Kayak. Teach her to Ski. Hell, go sightseeing. Anything that requires her to walk 30 minutes or more a day is a good things. It's also important that you do these activities with her both as motivation and to cloak exercise as time spent with you (thereby killing two birds with one stone so you can fill a more attractive bird with a stiffer bone).

If the goal is to lose weight, it would be more productive to focus on their diet and do some exercise on the side.
