Use the Corruption Perception Index to predict how well a country will work for game

We all know that information about looks don't help much for the traveling RVF member.

We also want to down how 'easy' girls are. These two pieces of information can make or break the decision to go to a country.

The other day I was thinking that in order for us to be successful we need to be able to 'break' the social rules of engagement in that country (easy enough).

But we also need the girl to 'break' her (and the society's) rule at least silently.

We do talk about girls being at home - not when on vacation.

A more drastic form of 'breaking the rules' is corruption.

Now I came upon the Corruption Perception Index which reports every year the perceived corruption of a country:

http://cpi.transparency.org/cpi2013/results/

Check out the TOP 20 - Denmark, New Zealand, Australia, Germany etc it has few favorites of RVF members (or me).

Go down into the BOTTOM 20 and you'll see Iraq, Somalia etc - not places that are safe enough to run game. It might be better to just get some guns there!

But look at countries within the TOP 50 -100 - some great places for game!

What you think?

I'm not completely sure what you're trying to say here: are you saying less corrupt countries should be easier since girls don't have to worry as much about their safety, or that more corrupt countries should be easier since breaking established norms is more a part of the culture? If the former, I see two immediate counterexamples: the Philippines (94th) and Peru (83rd) are two of the easiest countries in the world for white foreigners, yet score poorly on the CPI. If the latter, many of the Middle-Eastern countries have low CPI scores yet are terrible places to game.

Overall, this measure seems like it correlates very strongly with how Westernized a country is, which likely accounts for any relation between CPI and girls' easiness since Western countries tend to have more permissive sexual norms. It's an interesting thought, but I don't see much value coming from the concept above and beyond what we already know about these countries from field reports and other data sources.

low corruption = good SDL material
medium corruption = good LTR material
high corruption = stay away

As more corruption as better it is for game! Not the other way around. Sorry I thought that is obvious.

I find it valuable to get an overall idea first before diving through 1,000+ threads in determining if a country is 'worth going'.

Corruption means a lot of positive things for player that actually facilitate game.If a country is corrupt you do not have to mind for:
1.Police inspecting you on every step
2.People openly judging you
3.Laws restricting every movement,behaviour protocol
4.Feminists,annoying minorities,entitled people
Generally in corrupted countries like slavic ones or Greece there is lack of rights.Meaning you do not have to endure the rights of elderly, dogs, children, disabled etc which creates a rather free environment where you can concentrate on booze and women. In western countries focusing on young women if you are older is viewed and punished as perversion.
Totally corrupt countries like Ukraine are better than partially corrupt countries like Russia. You see that immediately when you cross borders in Ukraine for example everyone legal or illegal is ready to exchange your money for a better rate while in Russia they refuse to get anything other than rubles.Poland and Russia are approximately in the same corruption level Ukraine is sth else.In Ukraine you can buy anything even minister positions. It is a mongers heaven where pussy is free for sale.
In non corrupted countries operating with laws, pussy is to be sold only by public consensus,to the ones affording it and after known procedures are to be met if we exclude feminist ridden countries. So the more corrupt the country the better for players point of view because your natural obstructions get eliminated by corruption.

Also non corrupted countries create a safety net for women who can escape without having to bid their pussy. For example if everyone pays his taxes much of this money goes on support of single moms or to sponsor women in high end positions where they do not qualify. In corrupt countries where the wealthy ones do not pay taxes nothing of this is possible to be applied. So women need to be able to find a provider otherwise they will starve. Here comes the western knight with the penis and the cross. He can save these women from poverty by reflowing his wealth onto them and women are grateful for his resourceful existence.

Good topic, even if the correlation isn't 100% i think having a more corrupt country can make things feel less judgemental, and open up possibilities for ONS. If people don't think highly of the government they'll feel more like doing whatever the fuck they want.
Keep in mind the exceptions which are expats / tourists, who don't give a fuck how "perfect" their government is and still fuck around w/ no backlash.
