Yes you're right. The best time to have access to that particular target is mid-October/May period. And the best cities for doing so are the two capital cities Tirana (Albania) and Prishtina (Kosovo), as most pubblic and private universities are located there.

BTW I wanted to add something which I consider important.

You have to know the Ethnic Albanian look, because you might have thought you chased or had something with an Albanian girls, but it might turn to be a jevg or gypsy.

In my experience, almost every ugly girl in Tirana is a gypsy, rarely you see an ugly Albanian chick. The gypsy ones have big noses, fat, hairy, short, not harmonic, arabic features, dark skin etc.

You best bet would be Tirana only.

Dont go more away than 1 km from the main center of the city.

Around this area you will find endless bars, pubs that stay open till 12 or 2 am, restaurants, headquarters of several companies and endless 7s , 8s, 9s and 10s, especially after 8 pm.

Still it is not easy as most girls will be with other men or with other girls and do not want to be bothered.

I have had for some years some Albanian friends in New York and they would talk to me about the girls, about the country, about the city, sex life, night life etc.

One of them was from Durres and he told me that the city is very conservative.

During the winter and after September and starting of the school season, there were no girls in bars and pubs after 7 PM and most of them go out with their families and friends or with guys they know.

During the summer, Durres is not considered a high level beach.

It is full of families from Kosovo and not a place for gaming.

It is basically a lost potential because it is a 27 km long seaside, but not well managed.

Higher level beaches, bars, summer pubs, Hotels are found in the Southern riviera or northern one.

He also told me that some of the best girls go in Tirana or Italy to live, and that the nr of gypsies has increased ( basically you have thought you banged an albanian chick, but eventually she is a gypsy and not ethnic Albanian, depends what you are looking for).

It is not a place for gaming. However pirces are cheap in Albania and you can save a lot from your 2,500 euros salary.

The only option for those wanting a high-paying (for albanian standards) job and a place with nice girls, decent gaming opportunities, good nightlife, low cost of living and large enough population is Tirana. That's the only place where you can target single girls living alone or with other girls (this mostly holds true to students).

And yeah, Kosovar Albanian girls are generally beautiful and with very nice bodies. They also tend to be more varied in their appearance, with more blondes, light-coloured hair and blonde eyes, while the typical Albanian girl found in Albania has dark to very dark hair and dark eyes.

Albanians are very friendly and warm people, so making new friends won't be difficult. The problem arises if you go there exclusively to game girls. In that case, you'd have to be very catious and only target specific types of girls who happen to live alone or come from a very liberal background, which is going to be extremely hard in a city like Durres. Perhaps the best occasion to game in Durres would be the summer season, during which many Albanians from Kosovo visit the beaches and the nightlife is at its best. I loved the dynamism of Tirana as well and lots and lots of hot Albanian girls in specific areas of the town known for night clubs and bars/pubs especially in between 7 PM till 11 PM.

Literally crowds of sexy girls.

However girls are not easy and it is true that Tirana is one of the only places where you can game, cause other cities are either to small or too conservative.

For example you can not expect to game girls in UNESCO sites such as Berat and Gjirokaster or other cities such as Shkoder because cities are not big enough and girls are also used to tourists.

An Albanian friend of mine told me that in Berat there are lots of gypsies that low down the quality of the people there, in Tirana also.

As for for the summer, Durres is a very crowded place and not even Albaians go there anymore, however I loved the seaside all over the southern Albania, not just Dhermi.

Lots of girls ( even lots of polish and other eastern european chicks) there, but most of the Albanian girls I saw were with other guys or families and the game or competition becomes very hard with the flux of the Kosovar Albanian guys.

Anyway, i liked the place and pubs in Tirana are literally full of chicks like this

Hey man, sorry for the late reply but just saw this due to the topic bump. Much appreciated on the rundown and it sounds like i really dodged a bullet there (now i'm in China)
However, I have since been offered a job in Tirana, for a similar salary. It seems more appealing but I've lived in cities where the nightlife was fun / adventurous / hot girls, but rarely get laid, and I just don't want to go through that again. May have to respectfully decline this offer too. Albania doesn't sound like what I thought it'd be, sounds too middle-eastern like >_>
