To elaborate on the title, I've noticed a dip in my performance at the gym over the last several visits. Difficulty completing the last couple of sets, lack of manifest determination and some lethargy. It's like I'm battling against myself to get the performance I want.
I haven't deviated from my routine though - I'm still attending 3 times a week. But sometimes I do have to force myself.
Concurrently, I caved and fapped about a fortnight ago after a suffering a bad case of approach anxiety at a club. Since then I've been indulging every couple of days, maybe more.
I'm wondering if there's a connection. Could it be symptomatic of a lack of testosterone? Could it be diet-related perhaps? Or am I just lacking in willpower?
