Lately I've been experimenting with the "breath of fire". It's basically controlled hyperventilation.






It's awesome in between exercises for recovery. And it also gets your emotions under control in times of stress.

Breathing is the only way your body can lose weight. All of the calories you burn end up producing carbon dioxide which can only exit via your lungs. A good reason to make gas exchange as efficient as possible.
