I feel so sorry for any young men out there going to college in California. Soon you'll need a notarized consent form to be filed in triplicate with the DOJ and the campus Rape Awareness Council just to stick your dick in a broad.

The unavoidable end-game of all this. State Senators in California are now the judge of whether or not you wanted to have sex, crazy...

Really it 100% behooves everyone to film their sexual encounters now.

"Your honor, you can clearly see here that the young woman does indeed smile as her shirt is removed. Furthermore, as he kisses her neck, she places her hands on the back of his head, a clear sign of non-verbal consent."

I swear in most blue states you might as well just go gay. You'll be hailed as a 'hero' and can keep your ass out of jail at the same time. Pathetic.

I wish the government would get out of people's bedrooms.

This would be impossible to enforce. If neither person said "yes" before they had sex with each other, which of them is culpable?

The part that caught my eye was determining that women who are drunk or drugged cannot give consent....even if they do. The old "they didn't know what they were doing" defense. So what the hell is the point of going to college if you can't bang drunk/high chicks?

So wait, are women strong and independent, or helpless victims who need yet another law to protect them?

Methinks that this law is being pushed by women who have no concept of real college culture. These women are bitter that the guys they wanted to fuck never tried to fuck them, therefore since they didn't get drunk and party in college, no one should.

Honestly, I'm sick to death of this. Any bitch who subscribes to this mentality will be left to her god damn dildo.

Unfortunately this is the result of nobody, besides the manosphere, calling bullshit to the 1 in 5 women are raped "stat." Ones a number gets out there if it is not vetted within a certain time period it practically becomes fact. So the politicians are trying to solve an epidemic that doesn't exist.

So if alcohol is involved it is now considered non-consenting (aka rape) to the state of California. A quick search on Google said that 80% of first time sexual encounters involve alcohol. So now pretty much every man is a rapist in California.

I'm just waiting for the legislation that makes drinking and driving for women the bars/gas stations fault for selling it to her. You know because women are never responsible for their own actions

Yup heard about it this morning. Fucking joke.

More PC bullshit with a fake 1 in 5 stat. Record everything you fucking say and do with girls is apparently the only save all for college guys.

Oh don't forget to have the bitch sign a consent form.

Recording someone without their permission is illegal and will most likely get you fucked

I used to rail this broad who claimed she was a "feminist," and I guess I was treading on dangerous grounds, but she went on about how women need to give consent or it's rape or something.

Second date I bring her back to her place and she keeps backing off every time I try to fuck her. So I pick her up and slam her on the bed, and at this point she's giving me the "fuck me" eyes, and slide her shorts down. I end up fucking the shit out of her after this. I see her again, it's the same scenario, she KEEPS backing off, but I kept upping the ante. Anyways, long story short, she wanted to date me after the bajillion times I fucked her (feminist translation: VIOLENTLY RAPED HER), and I didn't want to be anything more than "friends."

I never put much thought into this whole consent nonsense until I started railing this sexy ass feminist slut.

Then I realized the patriarchy made me a rapist.

Fuck.

I could be wrong but if you're facing a rape charge, and you pull out the recorded tape that proves it was consentual, wouldn't that punishment be better than fighting a charge that you'll most likely lose? I do not trust the courts nowadays when it comes to rape.

They'd have to be crazy to ignore definitive exculpatory evidence, regardless if it's of legal origin...and would you rather risk a misdemeanor, or a felony, a cell with Bubba, and 20 years of registering as a sex offender?

Even if you don't record the interaction for whatever reason, always get a "I had fun too" text from anyone you don't see regularly.
