I'm living near the Heights and went to the library today today. Wow, all kinds of single girls and MILFs. All types and races. Needs to warm up already, I can't work in this weather.

Dear god man all the libraries out in First Colony where I live have old hags and hardcore Asian students shiieet.

Are there any apartment finder agencies or websites that you locals recommend? It sounds like there's no real central location so getting a cheaper apartment farther out wouldn't hurt you as much.

You can try these or look on craigslist

I would definitely look for something inside the loop (610). A lot of the fun spots are gonna be around downtown and on the westside of 610. What do you like doing and what kind of area do you want?

I go out three times a week and prefer lounges over clubs but am open to anything with good talent. A neighborhood that is walkable is a plus which sounds like midtown from what's been discussed on this thread. I was also eyeing the museum district and montrose but the rents seem to spike.

Midtown is alright but you'll have to pay to live there. I know someone who's paying $1,600 a month. Doesn't seem worth it to me when I'm paying about a thousand less for a 5 minute drive from his loft.

I would live in Montrose before any other neighborhood because its so close to everything, can walk around, and a decent number of girls. Lots of older, cheaper apartments but you might have to drive around to see the signs. Or type in Montrose on craigslist.

Houston I appreciate the input and agree with you on paying less for your apartment. 1K a month is a lot of extra cash to have on hand.

It looks like on the third Sunday of each month, the 300 block of Main has a block party with music, beer, food and vendors

Whole Foods in the heights, urban harvest and barnes and noble are always good.

I keep hearing that "events and adventures" advert on the radio. I wonder about it. Could be a goldmine. Only downside is that you may be seeing the same group of people and might develop a reputation quickly.

Soccer mom game? I wish to try this some day, but I would recommend the Sienna Plantation area grocery stores and Sienna library. Plenty of soccer moms around there. There are also quite a few 18 year olds as well so go there to game for both.

For soccer moms you should troll Meetup.com. There's always women pretending to be interested in something so they can get laid. Try the Brazilian Portuguese meetup group there, it's really good.

Just got some sweet info. For all the people traveling here the University of Houston opened a Hilton Hotel on campus so book a room there, game on campus and enjoy.

Krypton great if you want cheap drinks and easy girls. Ei8ht is my favorite club go there to chill and for great girls. Go to the restaurant district is also good(we have every kind of food) if you want to eat good food and hit on waitresses. There are also house parties in the burbs but none I know of at the moment.

Man, it sounds a lot like the Bay Area in terms of logistics. You need a fuckn car in order to go anywhere here, except a Honda Civic will do. Big Trucks are actually a turnoff here unless you happen to bump into some rare hick chick.

Are you talking Bay Area or here? Trucks are popular as hell here if you can pull off the country boy look. Too many girls here are fake country(such a turn of but you deal with what's available). Then again having a nice car other than a low end Sedan(i.e. Hondas/Toyotas) or a truck puts you above a lot of dudes.

The truck thing is an exagerration. Plenty of girls who don't think like that unless you get way out of the city. I pulled more girls with my piece of shit Mitsubishi that wouldn't start sometimes than my Lexus. I've had a few of those girls drive across town with their trucks though lol.

True you're better off without a truck but remember my part of town is filled with wannabe country kids T_T. In general though you are better off without one if you're not gonna act country. So for you guys on the forum. If you want more info on downtown day game talk to Screwston. For suburb game PM me or post on here. I have knowledge of night game from when I use to go with a fake id and from my DJ friends/dealer friends, but for more updated shit Screwston is in the know.

I picked a loft by Rice University with the assumption I can day game then pull them back to the crib. I'm hitting up midtown tonight to get a lay of the land. Had a badass latina eyeballing me at subway but she was with her mom and I'm guessing she was underage. Shout out to screwston and hwuzhere for venue suggestions.

I am making a comparison with transportation and logistics. both areas require a car to go anywhere (except once you're in proper SF, as public transportation is descent there, although it stinks like crap in them thanks to the hobos there). and trucks here can actually backfire on you. you're better off trying to pull with having a 1990s Honda Civic that's tuned up like how 20 something Asian dudes ride.
