What these ads are implying is disgusting. I understand family planning and the like, but these messages should be directed at women in their teens. These women look to be in their twenties.

If the IUD fails and the chick suddenly wants to keep the baby, and you go to court over the resulting baby, can you use the ads and the company as precedent in defense? Or maybe family court isn't a case of guilt or innocence...

Theoretically blame the birth control / company for the girls sudden change in attitude.

It would be cool to see a legal argument along the lines of:

Malfunctioning birth control = malfunctioning empowerment/feminism...

"Judge, my girlfriend despised the thought of a baby. But suddenly she wants custody and child support? The IUD company should pay for that!"
