How do you flirt with employees as Boss' Son?

So I visit my grandpa's office every few days in a foreign country, the girls there are mostly 30s+ but there's one 18 year old who's attractive as hell. When she came in the room and saw me the first time she smiled in surprise but a good type of surprise. Next time I'm talking to another girl (who I'm not going for) who was with my uncle, I talk to them about finding good clubs, etc. around here, and the girl comes up and I mention it to her to see if she'd invite me to something. I pretty much said how I'm new to the area and don't know anyone since I'm on vacay, and she gave some suggestions then I got out of my seat and walked up to kiss her on the cheek and say nice to meet you. That was a few days ago, and she seemed fine with that then. Today I'm in another room near her (Note I'm not working here I'm just visiting with my uncle, she works in the front desk by herself away from other employees), and she's leaving and says bye to the other girl employees then when she sees me she makes a pretty big smile saying "tchau" with 10x more enthusiasm. At that point I realize that she's probably interested, (she did it again when she was leaving and drove by and she smiled a bunch again).

I'm a foreign American here and I want to know what you guys think as to how to approach this. I don't want to come off as the boss' son where I try to take advantage of employees and make her feel pressured just because I'm family of the owner. I can easily walk to her desk in private to talk to her, but the only worry is that she might say yes to things just so she doesn't jeopardize her job. When I come up I plan to talk in a forward way so she understands that I'm interested and possibly mentioning that I don't want to pressure her just because I'm the son and I won't put her job at risk. Any help is appreciated, and hopefully this can help others in a similar situation.

TL;DR How do you approach someone you have authority over in a workplace that you have a pretty good belief they like you?

Don't make excuses for being the boss' son. You have an automatic DHV and situational Alpha status. Depending on the country it means more or less. It is what it is - would you make excuses because you are exceptionally good-looking?

Getting her to go out with you is no problem. Frankly I would not worry about her getting antsy about getting fired because of refusing you. Even if she says yes to a date you will find out soon enough, if she is not very interested and can let it go at that. I would not mention anything strange - this can make it awkward - you are just a man approaching a girl - nothing special.

Just go for it. You should only take into account that you might ruin her job in a way if you decide to dump her later on. But again - for most women being even shortly together with an Alpha is more important than being 10 years together with a Beta. No regrets!

If you have a sweet gig with your old man, you might run it by him first. If it was my business I'd be pissed if you'd ruined good working relationship with one of my employees. Good employees are hard to find.
