This is advise for post wall women...but would be amazing if women in their prime followed this advise.
What that female coach said are things women already know at the back of their minds, just that women rationalize it to be a lie, so it won't help any women. What she needs to do is convince them that what they are doing is constructive by running the women's hamster. I just hope Australian women are not messed up and narcissistic like American women. Still blows my mind that majority of western women do not value self improvement. Every guy I know atleast hits the gym.

I know an 8 who works out every day and even does the whole vegan thing so that she can, "stay good looking for a husband."

Exactly. The problem may not even be in the form that she is somewhat experienced as a teacher or a wingman for the beginner.
It is just that the average Omega/Beta who starts to learn Game and wants to be more Alpha - would be again working UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A WOMAN, while he should be learning to take command over the frame with all women.
In my opinion it is counterproductive for his INNER GAME.
