Vinegar.
Put a small ammount of vinegar in your palm and rub your hands together until it dries. A few drops will do. Use ACV to add to the forum legend.
Do this frequently for a few days and remember to use some kind of moisturizer to ease the itchiness that comes with dry hands.
You will be as good as new in a week.

Did you consider making an appointment with a Dermatologist?

Any kind will do, the point is to raise the PH of your skin.

Do you mean decrease the pH? Isn't vinegar acidic?
