1. Fix your self-image. This will take a while, quite possible a very long while. Suggested Book: Psycho-Cybernetics
2. Keep improving on physical escalation. This will open you up more and more, and you'll have more fun experience with girls. Suggested Book: The Physical Game by Ozzy at RSD
3. Buy or download Tony Robbin's "Personal Power 2". This will really help you appreciate life and how amazing it truly is. Girls or no girls, life is fucking beautiful. You just need to be awakened to that philosophy.

Wow what a rollercoaster of a thread. I hope OP is still alive and well, but these recent posts of his weren't very positive. My suggestions: Get off the weed for a week or a month or however long to not miss it. Sure weed in moderation is completely fine, but doing it daily is not doing you any favors. After being off weed for awhile, you can reflect and possibly go back to weed once a week at maximum. Obviously a ton of porn everyday isn't very good either, try to quit that at the same time. Eventually your life will be put upside down and you can reflect on it.
I may or may not be barreling to this exact situation as the OP but to be fair I only have like 1% of his approaches. Still I am optimistic to start a new chapter in my life, hence the joining of this forum.

If you are looking for help or advice, you will have to give a little more detail. What country are you in? Do you live in a big city or a small town? How are your controllable variables (ie: are you rich/poor, in shape or out of shape, style, etc)?
Most importantly, do you have male friends or an otherwise normal social life? The fact that a manager at your old job told you to stop talking to a woman makes it clear that your social calibration is off in some way. You should never make direct approaches on women in your workplace.
