Its that season for when the cute tourists flock to the city. Any plans for approaching these girls? I remember reading in Roosh's guide about guessing where she's from and taking it from there.

Also, logistically, most of these girls dont have cell phone access. Should you try for an instant date or try to arrange a meet some other way?

Wrong! All these girls bring cell phones, and even though they might not have mobile network access they all use Whatsapp, Viber, or Skype for communications. Just target the tourist girls who seem to be "playing on their cell phone's". More ofthen than not they either have a local cell plan (one of those pre-paid phones) or have connected to a WiFi network and then you don't even have to worry about the low-probability instadate.
