-----------------------------------------What combat sports have you trained?

Some bjj (I hate being on the ground should've wrestled growing up but bjj is phenomenal)

Would like to get into aikido and Krav Maga.

------------------------------------------------Tips, advice, philosophy, etc. you want to share about sports and life?

Im anbig believer in leadership and quality or lack thereof makesmkr breaks an organization or individual. A former nfl marketing consultant ive worked with says that all the time- its true in the nfl or in other areas if life. I really learned a lot of cool stuff from Ross Enamait- a total combat sports and fitness guru can't say enough good things about him except maybe I wish he had been a coach of mine. Boxing workouts make you feel great when oh eat clean and go all out- its a good feeling training for months and developing a real rhythm to your footwork and patters of attack- I know what a seasoned ball player in other sports feels like- the rhythm of good training is amazing.
