I'm Sick of Hearing How Tired People Are

As the title says, I'm fucking over hearing how tired people are, when I know they aren't doing shit to be tired from.

One should be tired from kicking ass.

If you take the ball from your own goal line to the end zone, then talk to me about being tired.

Most people out there barely get 10 yards, and they're talking about how tired they are.

They're so tired from their shitty jobs that they put in 50% of the work to get 100% of the paycheck, or when other options are available to make money, they rather put in 110% to get .002% of the pot.

Some of us are actually grinding, and you won't hear us talking about how tired we are because now's not the time to be tired. Now's the time to step the game up even more, then when you're actually tired, you'll have kicked so much ass that you can fucking afford to rest.

Majority of people are weak. They are pathetic, and have never hustled in their life ever.

They eat crap food, they drink the water from the tap, think stupid thoughts, watch TV and piss away their lives and then wonder why they feel tired?

Stale air. Fluorescent lighting. Dead food. Not enough sleep. Wifi signals zapping the shit out of you when you are sleeping. Starbucks draining those adrenals. Yes. The people are very tired.

Isn't it funny how the less active we are the more tired we seem to become? I am certainly no stranger to this as my work day involves me reading whatever I want on the internet 6 hours a day. It ends up exhausting me then I go home and want to lay around. When I have a busy day I come home ready to be active and social.

Related, there is a book that came out critiquing people for saying they were always "busy." I imagine because say their are tired to imply they are tired from being so busy. It has to do more with feelings of self-importance: goosh, I'm so busy so I must be very important.

The interesting thing is that people who I know are the busiest (people who run multi-billion dollar companies or work on really important political issues) rarely say they are busy and always make time to meet up. It's the mid-level people who work dead-end jobs that whine about being "busy."

Jack is so great -- I'm never tired of seeing that man and hearing his voice. Love that guy.

A very simple reason that people are tired is not enough sleep. They work all day, then they get home and spend their night staring at a blue screen (without f.lux) and go to bed too late, get like 6 hours of low quality sleep and get up too early. Why wouldn't they be tired?

People should get the option to take a nap. Some guy should open a nap-hotel. Sleep is very important. Then comes workout. People should get the chance to run and walk 2 times a day for 30 minutes.

People are machines who need proper maintenance otherwise they do not function very well.

I feel strong now after my second power nap and now I go for my second running/walking.

Yeah and don´t forget to move to a sunny country it gives some 50% more energy.

That's me. I've joined the people who've dismissed me in using "busy" as a quick way to blow ppl off.

In American, being tired and overworking is sort of a religion.

I'm not where I want to be, the stress of trying to move up is tiring, so when my paranoid conspiracy theory obsessed friend who send me encryption crap, far fetched fantasies of what he'll do ( he can't even pay his rent) -- he gets the "busy signal".

I'm in the camp that maintains that you should never say you're tired or busy. Even if you are. It's just bad form.

HA funny I see this thread. My sleep has been super crappy as of late. I ran out of melatonin and ZMA which has been horribly affecting my sleep patterns.

I also haven't been able to get into the gym with this extra work load hitting me. Ironically, when I don't work out and push myself I feel tired.
