Ah yes, the good old eye twitch, which causes huge disturbance to the hypochondriac. I am not saying it to belittle you Cardguy, because I used to have pretty bad health anxiety actually. That twitching eyelid instantly turned into fears of death and debilitating disease.
In reality it was lack of sleep, stress and being generally unhealthy.
For the record, my health anxiety has almost completely gone away after I left the so called 'safe' welfare country for much unsafer and less sterile countries. I believe health anxiety is just one of the many symptoms a human might develop if they feel trapped, like an animal pacing back and forth or biting themselves.
Carl Jung noted that the introvert personalities had a tendency for hypochondria if they did not get enough external stimulation. Not saying you're an introvert or a hypochondriac, just putting this here because I know how badly health anxiety can affect your life and so if anyone with those kind of thoughts are reading, they might relax a bit.
