Ofcourse 9 months in jail is not enough, these sort of false rape cries ruin a man's life especially if he is trying to play the field.

The charge relates to making a false report and two false written statements to police on dates between July 6 and August 15, 2013.

Crown prosecutor Simon Jenkins said the series of events began in the early hours of July 7 last year when police received a call from the Ambulance Service in relation to a distressed woman.

Tait was taken to a Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Antrim where she was examined and made a formal complaint claiming a man she knew had raped her at billboards outside the Odyssey.

Mr Jenkins said that on August 13 last year, Tait made a written statement claiming the man had spoken to her in the Beach Club before grabbing her and sexually assaulting her outside.

The court heard that on September 4, the accused attended a police station voluntarily, where he was questioned for around two hours.

He admitted he had spoken to her in the club but said he didn't leave the premises and denied her allegation.

He also told police they had "been together consensually that week".

The prosecutor said the man gave a DNA sample, and that during the police investigation – which amounted to £10,000 – officers examined CCTV footage which showed Tait exiting the Odyssey alone in an intoxicated state and leaving by herself in a taxi.

Tait was again interviewed by police and on September 16 she said she wanted to "tell the truth."

Mr Jenkins said the following day Tait made a statement to police confirming that she made the story up "on the basis that the man had given her the cold shoulder in the club".

Typical hamster going off...like a little child who cannot own up to her wrong doings, so she hides it in this lie to make herself look like the victim.

Also proves just how women cannot handle rejection and see it as a power struggle . Instead of letting the rejection go like a guy would, she had to be strong and independent and place a false rape accusation upon the man to get him back.

The feminist arguement against false rape allegations goes something like ''no woman would cry false rape just to take revenge or get attention, since going through all the court process, being publicized as the women got rape, receiving all the criticism and dealing with the emotional stress is not something any woman would do. therefore false rape allegations are almost non-existent.''

Eventhough their mindset is bigot and they ignore the infinite evidence that is contrary to their arguement, their logic, on the first look, kind of makes sense, I have to give them that: ''why would any woman go thourgh all this shit just to take revenge, unless she is as evil as the child of Satan?'' this logic is based on what it's supposed to be, not on what it really is.

Women, on the other hand, are not famous for being logic-driven and rational as men are. There were several posts on ROK explaining why women can literally be compared to toddlers in terms of way of thinking and decisioning. Exactly like an impulsive child, this woman and many other women do NOT think about the consequences of their actions, not even the short term consequences. If she is pissed off at this man who gave her cold shoulder, she will do the first thing that happens to cross her hamster brain, which in this case is crying rape, without even thinking about the instant reaction that her extremely unrealistic and unsupportable accusation will cause. In other words, the woman is like a chess player who can't think further than 1 move ahead. It's even an insult to children to compare such beaviour to 'childish' behaviour. This is more like a retarded kid behaviour, completely mentally handicapped, who throws a drink at you and you can't even react or be pissed off or blame her for doing this since she is not capable of differentiating what's socially acceptable or not.

There are 2 solutions to this problem that are fair.
1) Since women are not capable of judging their actions and consequences, they should be privileged and held less accountable for their actions in court. However, this privilege should cause an equal amount of substractions from their rights in order to create the balance again between the sexes.
2) Women should not be privileged and they should be held as accountable in court as men are for their actions. And no further privileges and rights should be given to women since the balance was not broken in the first place.

However, feminists and most women accept neither of these options since they don't care about what's fair. They want the ''being held less accountable'' part of the first option but refuses ''substractions from rights'' part, then combine this with extra privileges that cause such ''slap on the wrist'' punishments as happened in our case, 9 months jail time for attempting to destroy a man's life and lying in court and wasting taxpayer's money. In other words, feminists and most women, like Roosh says, want to have their cake, eat it, advertise it, lease it and do everything with it without ever facing a real life consequence.

That I believe is the core of our problem. The complete childish mentality that refuses to take responsibility for actions, refuses to compromise, refuses to cooperate, refuses to lose any privileges, refuses all that is rational in the world and just expects to be worshipped and deemed right for merely possessing a vagina.

There is an expression in my language that goes something like ''Do not debate with a stupid person, you will lose it for sure''. Just like this, such irrational mentality should not be dealt with reasoning or discussing, it should be dealt with extreme measures, a push-back from the men front, I'm talking something like Putin's zero-bullshit-tolerance policy against the feminists and gays.

They do it because they get instant sympathy. Sympathy alleviates feelings of guilt. Feeling guilty means you think you did something wrong. And since women are never wrong about anything it's easier to cry rape and pass the blame and shame onto the guy than to accept the fact that they're filthy little whores.
