Dartmouth Requests Comments on New Sexual Assault Policy

Dartmouth is planning to implement a new sexual assault policy and is inviting comments from the community. It looks like Dartmouth wants to enshrine the idiotic policies that Duke pursued during the Lacrosse false rape scandal.

Here is the email address to send comments to: [email protected]

Some of the highlights:
Quote:Quote:

The criminal process is completely separate from the Dartmouth student disciplinary process.

Translation: Dartmouth will punish/excuse you independent of your actual guilt or innocence.

Quote:Quote:

Key features of the proposal include use of a trained external investigator to investigate and determine responsibility for sexual assault, and strengthened sanctions including:

Mandatory expulsion in cases involving penetration accomplished by force, threat, or purposeful incapacitation or where an assault involving penetration is motivated by bias;

Mandatory expulsion where the charged student has previously been found responsible for sexual assault; and

In other cases involving penetration, a strong presumption in favor of expulsion.

Translation: Men will be expelled on false charges. A year later when the police dismiss the case for lack of evidence, these men will have to go through another year of legal battles with Dartmouth to be reinstated. Meanwhile, their lives are destroyed.

Quote:Quote:

Any person who knowingly makes a false statement in connection with the investigation may be subject to College disciplinary action.

Translation: The college will give a bitch a slap on the wrist if she is found to have made a false charge.

Considering all the news, this looks like a sum-up of the policies that all the colleges have been using in false-rape charges lately. Dartmouth just happened to write them down.

I hope every college in America implements these policies. Let them have the extremes they want, then get slapped in the face, sued, and bankrupted by a male student who sees his future ruined by a fraud judicial system.

A lawsuit would catch these universities with their pants down.

Just boycott the entire university system...unless it will lead to career in science or a science-related field.

No man needs a B.A. degree - unless he wants to fight the Patriarchy

Dartmouth is out of control. I was going to do a real long post about the situations there, and the recent big rape case that just ended [dude was acquitted, though he would have gotten life if he had not].

I might do a real long post on this. This place is so fucked. it was once a proud institution built by, and building, the strongest men in the granite of New Hampshire.

Please do a long post on this. It's an important subject.

I think Dartmouth is the very worst of the Ivies in this regard, and that's really saying something. This hysteria is getting worse and worse and really going into overdrive. There is now going to be a Senate hearing requested by the odious hag and former "sex crimes" prosecutor McCaskill about how the current measures are still not enough and more draconian steps are needed to curb the "epidemic" of "sexual assault" on campuses.

To say that shit is getting out of control is an understatement at this point.

same old shit, sixes and sevens Shaft...

^ Fresh off the presses today: Revolting advertise campaigns -

"Are you a Dartmouth alum? learn what you can do about the rape problem" http://www.dartblog.com/data/2014/04/011406.php

This is Dictionary.com

I'm going to start working this post. It will cover things from opinion pieces by Sorority leaders/feminists, mangina frat presidents, sexual assault policies, bystander intervention policies, "internal adjudication" -this is the most vile thing, and most importantly the recent Rape case [defense team included Robert Cary, a Dartmouth alum who also defended the Duke Lacrosse players]. Also as a bonus, the letter by the feminists still decrying the man after he was found innocent.

I know you can not wait.

Also from Dartmouth.

Feminine looks predict election victory chances

Hopefully this means that cunt Hillary has no chance in the next US presidential election.

The problem is that the guys wrongly accused never do sue or file with the police, nor do they when their ex-wife makes up claims of violence or child abuse.

Why is that? Probably because they are beta as they come and only beta's get regularly accused of rape, as discussed here many times.

Dartmouth proves why they are the Ringo Starr of the Ivy League - they're "lucky to be here".

^Lol. Dartmouth has secretly controlled everyone's money for years. It has completely fallen off the deep end in the last couple of years however.

The feminist policies at the college have been going on for a while now. A total shithole these days.

Berserk: The reasons men accused of rape do not sue are not so black and white. There is a lot more going on as I have said before.

List of some of the feminist bullshit events at the college: http://www.dartblog.com/data/2015/01/011884.php

The Dartmouth election study is pretty hilarious. The primary conclusion is that female politicians lose elections if the voters' brains think they are men upon first seeing them. A real shocker:

"Female politicians who activated the male category to a greater extent received less electoral support, an effect exacerbated in more conservative constituencies," reads the study. (Here's how the study defined gender features, relying on past studies on how we perceive male and female: "Larger eyes and rounded features convey femininity whereas lateral bone growth and prominent upper brows signal masculinity.")

It's just blurb, and the conclusion is inane (Hillary fared poorly in 2008 because she played down her feminity (that would be assuming she has some), but the Washington Post did such a great job exposing the UVA Rape Hoax that throwing them a few clicks seems ok: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-...ed-office/

The thing is this isn't unique or "sexist."

As I said on here before, one of the best predictors of a (thus far all male) candidate's election to the presidency is whether he has a chiseled jawline and good facial symmetry.

The real takeaway from the Dartmouth study (as well as those I mentioned): people like good-looking people. Shocking. Oh so oppressive.

What will these universities do when they realize they are cutting America down at the knees?

Expel every guy who makes a pass at girl all slutted up at bar and you'll have a workforce of art history, sociology, fashion and merchandising, communications majors responsible for building our roads, bridges, homes, and making medical and science breakthroughs. The future doesn't look bright.

This fact is probably the least suprising

"The College suffers from an ongoing mental health crisis, with counseling sessions in October numbering 1,334 in an undergraduate student body of just over 4,000."
