We have all read the success stories on this forum, but people here tend to be a bit more reserved about their failure stories.

I am curious if anyone has any stories about men going overseas to third world countries and getting a woman there pregnant, and the resulting legal fallout from this.

If anyone has heard of any such episodes of this, or if this has happened to you, please comment on:

- Man's country of origin
- Women's country of origin
- Was legal action pursued? I.e. paternity/child support claims or citizenship claims
- What did the man do to avoid legal action?
- Was a fake name/burner number used?
- How did the process begin?
- How did it end for all parties involved?
- Amount of child support paid, if applicable?

If any lawyers here have insight as to how a man from a first world country could get sued for child support by a woman in a third world country, that would be great.

It really depends on your country! Ring up Legal Aid in your own country, they will give you free legal advise. 

I've spoken to a lawyer about this (Australia), so I only allow my women to come into my country for 3 months on a tourist visa and don't encourage her to learn English. Living together for 2 years, is the same as being married in my country where she can take my stuff. She has stayed with me during Covid hence why I'm planning to bring another woman over on a tourist visa this year. This will reset for my main girl when I bring her back on another tourist visa later then I'll rotate between girls. It resets everytime you have a new relationship with a new girl. She needs evidence that you have been living together for 2 years and cause I'm paying for everything and she doesn't work, it's unlikely she will get anything if she took me to court. The longer you have been living together, the more she can take so it's wise to break up before you hit 2 years or rotate girls. 
 
Regarding a child it will be harder for her. She needs evidence that it's yours. Is your name on the birth certificate as the dad? She also needs money for lawyers to help her in her home country and she will need to contact your country where it will be very hard if she can't speak English. This is why I choose women that don't have money in 3rd world countries. Many don't have the money to take their ex to court for child support where the court can't force the man hence women are use to not even bothering. Many lawyers and people will say it's best to be with a woman that has more money than you hence you can take more of her stuff. I prefer not to go to court at all. 
 
Career woman are horrible where my girls are traditional (don't really work) and look after me and my home. I can send a message any time and my woman will come down  from upstairs with food I want and clean my house if dirty. I bring in the money, she looks after me and my home like a normal relationship should be and always was this way cause it works. I explain this to my girls at the very start if they want to be with me always. None of this bullshit that she is too busy with her career and can't see me (no sex). There are two types of women, women that want a family and look after their man, home and children and career women (you will be last on her list in a relationship where many will act like she has balls in the relationship). 
 
At the end of the day, I would be there for my girl if I had a child with her and i knew it was mine (I would take a DNA sample test in another 3rd world country to be safe = no record). The cost of living in a 3rd world country isn't much compared to the West where I wouldn't want to bring up a child in a Western country now that Left Wing terrorists have taken over and poisoning the children with their valves as well as toxic Feminism everywhere. It's child abuse! I'm currently building a life in SEA where I spend at least 6 months a year over there every year. I want a traditional relationship and family in the end where I'm the man at the top and my girl is next followed by the children like it used always to be. This equality bullshit is the reason why so many relationships fight and break up. Can you imagine having two bosses doing the same job in the workforce??? They would fight all the time hence why men always were the boss and made the final decisions while the woman was second in charge and gave his man suggestions in a relationship. 

From dating lots of women in the last 20+ years, it's always best to break up on good terms. Keep channels open and communicate, don't be a dick and ghost her if she messages you or she will get angry and try to take everything you own. Most of the time we break up on bad terms but be mature about it and in control of your emotions. It's always wise to ask your girl how her last relationships ended and did she take her exs stuff? If she did it in the past, she will do the same with you. One girl I was with was so dirty to her ex, I ran for the hills even tho I had uncontrollable emotions for her. I heard later, her ex tried to kil himself many times cause of her. She was pure evil what she told me she was doing to her ex. Look at these women like a very bad drug that will totally destory your life and run. I can't stress it enough, don't even stay with an evil woman even if you love her. Love is a very powerful drug that blinds you. Listen to your friends and family cause you are blind. Some of my exs family were pushing my exs to take my stuff but I keep communication open and told her I love her but it isn't going to work out. We tried, lets be good friends instead, etc... Just don't be a dick to her, show her love, apologies even tho you weren't in the wrong and be respectful, and you should keep your stuff. If she is pure evil, this won't work but you were stupid enough to stay with a woman for so long. Take it on the chin, learn from it then move on and start again. That's the great thing about life, you can always start again even tho you lost everything. Just make sure you learn or you will repeat the same mistake!
 
Here are my notes below that I made from talking to a lawyer years ago:
* After 2 years if when your ex can put a claim in (de facto relationship)
* She can take your Super but if it's only 2 years, it's unlikely for her to take much. The longer the relationship, the higher chance she can take your stuff.
* Car which you purchased 10 years before the relationship, it's unlikely but if we have children it's likely she can get your stuff
* It's based on what 2 people contributed to the relationship
* Higher chance I'll lose if we have a child
* If you break up and get back together in a year or two and were in new relationship after the breakup, it's unlikely she can claim. You more than likely to be classed as a new defacto relationship if you get back together 1 to 2 years later or longer.

General advice:

Don't ever tell them your surname if you can help it
Don't give them real Facebook or Instagram (even better, either don't have those at all, or use fakes name email/profile for registering them always)
Never let them see your real DOB/passport/ID (have fake DOB)
Only give them vague knowledge of family/friends/history back home
Never let them use your computer or phone - give them guest log in on a tablet or something
Don't use real name on Telegram/Line etc
Whatsapp... block and delete them as soon as TSHTF
If you think an "accident" may have have happened, try and deal with it ASAP right then and there. Morning after pill (illegal in some countries, like the Philippines so think about this before busting!) or if really bad, you may have to look into very early stage abortion (sorry God-followers) - you pay, just get it done.
If all else fails, just disappear (see all previous points to make this easier)
After 18 years, you're kinda off the hook then anyway.

You have some real liberal tourist visa laws over there. None of what you state is legal in the USA. There are strict barriers for tourist entry--the girl has to show kids, a job and a certain threshold of money. Even marrying a broad and sending her back before the marriage deadline, on visa, was made illegal in 1994--the VAWA Act., which also made it legal for women to file false DV accusations, which also puts the woman on guaranteed permanent residency. The man has to pay for her legal fees, as well.

From my specious understanding of OZ, men can, and have, been forced to pay child support to women they knock up in the Philipines, even if that woman never lived in OZ. Hag just has to contact the OZ embassy and the post-Celtic interlopers will send your cash monthly to her, in her country.
