That's the point I was trying to make before. It isn't always large men that become trannies. It's the smaller, more frail guys that are the ones that can fool you. That pic doesn't betray any male characteristics that jump out at you. We're looking at it already knowing it was a man. I can't tell from the pic that the hands are larger than normal for a woman. As a boy, he was already on the effeminate side. Depending on your taste in women, that face is pretty. Soft dudes don't necessarily have deep voices either, and this one was on hormones since it's teens, so the voice would soften up anyway. Some very thin models also have wide shoulders - in fact, that's what designers WANT in their runway models. Some women, depending on ethnicity, have more body hair.
