Hey so I'm going to Prague in a couple days and probably will spend some time there. I heard the city tends to be overrun by backpackers and tourists and I'd rather avoid that whole scene.

I was wondering if anyone here knows what are the best districts or neighborhoods in Prague to stay to find and hook up with local girls that hasn't been at the very least not totally spoiled by foreign hordes. I do day game mostly, but can do night game too. The ideal place with have lots of girls around during the daytime with some decent unpretentious nightlife in the evenings.

Any suggestions?

Any big shopping mall or any metro station.
These two locations provided me with a plethora of local czech women to day-game when I was in Prague two years ago.
Dress nice, smell nice, speak slow clear english, make eye contact and be happy. Czech women love being approached and will try to speak english with you even if they're not so good at it.
A personal strategy of mine is to buy a big fancy map of the city and carry it around with me like a typical tourist. There is no better activity for developing quick chemistry with a foreign girl (with bad english) than the two of us breaching the language barrier by searching for a random place on a map she can barely read for 10-15 minutes. All the while we're making eye contact, smiling and laughing trying to understand each other, even escalating to physical touching (usually our hands and fingers make contact multiple times when trying to read a map together).

Metro stations Mustek,Museum,Hradcanska,Devicka.I spent countless hours there.Also the big malls like in Andel etc and especially the bus and tram stations outside malls.The most famous in CR are the trains where hook ups were almost guaranteed.(see public Agent).Also the Hlavni Nadrazi(central metro station) and Florenc(central bus station) where hot Czech women from province aggregated(historical places).
The famous disco Letna(now Mish-Mash).
Now unfortunately girls in Prague have an attitude and high nose resembling more and more the German neighbours although the old Bohemian spirit remains under the surface.For true authentic Czech experience you have to visit the relatively more untouched province.

Thank, but I was more thinking like where to live. Should I stay in Prague 2 or Prague 4 or wherever etc... What are the happening neighborhoods for locals that haven't been infested with tourists?

The whole Prague is infested with tourists.It is not possible to avoid them.We talk about a tourist population of 2 million a year.If you get very far from the center like in Pankrac etc you will miss all the action altogether,.Prague is quite tricky in this regard.Also tourist girls like Russian,Ukrainian in mass offer excellent chances for hooking up.

Seriously? There's no happening area with hangouts with mostly locals? Even when I was in Krakow, the tourists were mainly concentrated in the market square and the Jewish district had happening places with mostly only locals. It's crazy to think there's nothing like that in Prague.
