Best places to study abroad?

As title says, options include (Gotenburg, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, Warsaw, South France, Budapest, Brussels, Italy)

although most places have been discussed I guess things might be different for young guy attending uni / with social circles

I'm not sure, but a good idea would be to try to get a hold of people currently studying abroad at your top 5 choices, and see what they have to say.

Many schools may not have much of a college atmosphere, which may be a bummer if the city itself isn't pretty dope to live in.

OUt of those choices I would go to South France, Budapest or Warsaw.

except that they base decisions on weather/alcohol prices/quality of education

Out of the options you mentioned I would choose Budapest. Great architecture, good party scene, proximity to other interesting countries (Romania, Serbia, Croatia) and cheap compared to the other Northern and Western European cities. Opinions on Hungarian girls vary on this forum. I think they are swell.

Those sound like three pretty good judging criteria to me.

What's the problem?
