Yeah. He should hire a lawyer to sue them for libel and defamation of character. Unless he's a political figure, this is a violation of privacy and can have consequences on his employment. My guess is as soon as the site gets the lawyer's letter it will come down and there will be no trial.
And if the state has "revenge porn" laws on the books, see if this somehow falls under that. These laws are being enacted specifically to save women from the consequences of their own behavior. Men may as well see if we can benefit from them too.
