Coming from Russosphere myself I am pretty sure that this was not intended as something offensive, she just posted this photo and was probably surprised by the uproar.

Hell I live in America and didn't even know it was gonna be MLK day until late sunday night, when people told me they could continue partying because they didn't have to work on Monday.
