A better question is.. Will you approach girls who don't give you eye contact?
If a girl gives you strong eye contact, she has already approached you.
It's up to you to respond.
I think I fucked up once again, because this "game" happens too fast for my brain to respond in time.
Don't worry about it!
This happens to me all the time!
It's can be hard to transition from "school" mode into "game" mode.
It's a total shift in mind set, though patterns, attitude, etc.
The more experience you get, the faster your brain will be able calibrate and operate and the speed of "game".
Just keep going!

Don't dwell on this incident.. Don't consider it a "mistake".
Accept it, embrace it, learn from it, and move on as a stronger man.
YOU WILL SEE HER AGAIN. SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS AN INTEREST IN YOU!
NEXT TIME YOU SEE HER, DON'T APPEAR OVERLY EAGER, EXCITED, OR AGGRESSIVE. Just stay calm and relaxed but be friendly and chatty with her. Ask her some open ended questions about herself.
You can still get her!

I wasn't in the right mental space.
This is a completely normal.
I deal with this all the time.
It's taken me years to be able to quickly get into the right mental space, on demand. It's a tough skill to master.
Stay playful.

I didn't recognize her until we were very close because I did not have glasses on.
If your vision is compromised, your ability to see sexual/romantic opportunists is compromised.
Keep your glasses on if there are girls around.
Or, consider contacts or corrective surgery.
