Since the Delhi rape case there is a lot of debate on sexual harrssment etc in India.

Here they're discussing a comment by Farooq Abdullah, a minister, where he said he was scared to talk to a women these days and don't even want to keep a woman secretary, for the fear of ending up in jail on a false complaint. Abdullah probably had this recent case in mind.
