Six pack via plastic surgery?

I'd reserve plastic surgery for serious stuff, like cleft palate or chemical burns. This seems insanely unnatural and is bound to be lost within a year due to not having the compatible lifestyle.

A year? Natural fat will cover it in a couple months or less if you are not into a hard cardio routine.

I'd get plastic surgery if I had an ugly as fuck crooked nose. I'd straighten it out.

Luckily my nose is fine.

I always thought that if my bodyfat got out of hand and i was desperate, i could always use t3 - clen and maybe some anavar-winstrol and test. ( I havent read about steroids in a long time) . Seems less risky than going under anestesia. Mikeymike is it possible to lose fat fast that way?

In short, yes.
If you eat a diet that promotes thermogenesis, you're going to have a metabolic uptick and potentially burn more fat.
For instance, if you eat 300 grams of protein per day (about 1200 calories) you're going to burn about 1/3 of those calories strictly from trying to digest the protein.

Supposing, in a regular day, you eat 2500 calories, 1300 from fat and 1200 from protein, it's really like you only ate 2100 calories because 400 calories from the protein are expended just trying to digest it. You'll feel as full as if you'd eaten 2500 calories, but you're going to be burning bodyfat to make up the deficit. Fat and carbs have literally no thermic quality to them.

If you want to burn fat (I've reversed my opinion on carbs), stay with high protein - but alternate fat and carbs. So you can go a week high protein / high fat , then a week high protein / high carbs - just keep the carbs low on your keto phase and the fat low on your carb phase and you should keep burning shitloads of fat.

You can eat or otherwise ingest other foods designed to increase the thermic reaction, like cinnamon, or drinking a gallon of ice-cold water every day (that should burn as many calories as running a few miles).

Hades is right. The thermic effect of food and different macronutrients is a factor in calories burnt. Protein is also the most satiating macronutrient, carbs being the least.

Losing fat is always going to be about running an overall caloric deficit but t3/clen will make the fat loss process more efficient and while I dont believe their is much real var out there anymore if you can get your hands on it, it is very effective in a cutting plan, as is winny tho harder on the body than anavar and test is a staple, its great for putting on some lean muscle and maintaining muscle while running a deficit so along with a good diet this plan will be effective. Tren/mast/test is a more effective approach while cutting but its a less enjoyable ride. Adding gh in will also help in losing fat so there are lots of ways to go to help in fat loss should you need it that are safer than going under.

All of these clowns are going to look just like they did before after a couple of years of eating the same bullshit diet and not exercising. If you want a six pack, eat a low carb diet with lots of cinnamon and apple cider vinegar and exercise consistently.

What does the cinnamon do? I've not heard it mentioned as a supplement before.

It also slows the absorption of sugar, stabilizing blood sugar and limiting or eliminating cravings.
