Most effective home workout?

At bare minimum I would do shoulder dislocations combined with some time spent doing handstand pushups so you don't develop kyphosis from all those pullups.

Man I wish someone would have given me that advice three years ago. I think I already got that shit.

Like 5 years ago my whole posture was completely fucked up because I was sitting in front of the computer and TV all day. Last three years I could almost completely get rid of it, mostly doing push- and pullups. Now my pecs are pulling me down, shoulders are pulled forward and ass is lightly pushed out to compensate.

I'm going to get a gym membership and do the "Starting Strength" routine for at least 6 months. Hopefully it will fix it. Weighted squads should strengthen my whole back, right?

I'm going to start a steady home workout program. How much do you guys suggest for starting of these exercises.
Deadlift -
Squats -
Bench Press -
Overhead Press -
Chins -
Push ups
Pull ups -
High Knees -
Jumping Jacks -
Age : 17
Also what do you think about rest days? And how important is actual sleep?
Long post to answer but, would be greatly appreciated.

The rewards I see from working is what made me an addict.

Nobody can tell you that, you need to work it out for yourself.

Start with a weight you know you can do, and make a written note of the weight/reps you did, and how difficult you found it.

Next time you're doing that exercise, aim to beat it by lifting more weight and/or performing more reps. Eventually, you'll find your limits.

Alternatively, find your 1 rep max for each of the lifts and work on percentages of that - the 5/3/1 routine is a good guide.
